This has to be the slowest and worst service I have ever experienced. Went next door shopped at Ralph's, used the restroom since the gentleman behind the counter wouldn't let me use the one here and food still isn't ready.

Terrible service. All around bad time. The chain itself is fine, but this location especially is lacking.

Brown rice option is good!Vegetarian options: Veggies and tofuKid-friendliness: Safe environmentParking: Good parkingDietary restrictions: Good place to get veggies and plant based protein. It’s great that there is a brown rice option to avoid white rice.

It seems they have received many customers taking food that isn't theirs and now the employees have to see your ID as well as have you fill out a form. Ain't got no time for that especially as a regular. They offered to let me take a photo of the form and my ID for faster service but I'd rather just go elsewhere. Won't be coming back. If you are picking up HAVE your ID, the confirmation order, and be prepared to fill out a form.

I didn't know flame boiler had a bootleg version of it. This place sucks bad service, the sauce they have to give it to you because they count it. And food wise it's low mid.

Beware! I never post negative reviews. My 2nd time visiting this restaurant & it was a bad experience because I questioned a 2.11 charge which was the all white meat. I ordered the combo plate & received a combo bowl. So to keep the peace I ordered another plate this time an all beef plate to go. My beef was stone cold & the bowl sauce spilled inside all over the bag. I did not appreciate the rudeness of the cook when I asked about the $2.11 extra white meat charge. There is no supervision & employees are left to play with customers food. When I called they pretend they do not understand. It was the cook Rigoberto Cruz that was responsible for the cold beef. I was not trust eating that food I had to dump it & eat else where. Where is management????

who named this place? if the food is broiled, it sure tasted dry and baked. no moisture in the meat at all. got chicken and beef combo, both meats bone dry and hard. Yeah I know it's a Korean thing, but many K restaurants don't IMMOLATE their meat. not enough veggies. brown rice ok but !3 bucks for a bowl of brown rice?

Food is good but the wait is extremely long. One older gentleman, although he is nice, the wait time is ridiculous. If there was a closer location I would go there.

Flame Broiler has become my go-to spot for lunch...I pick up at least once a week. It's hard to find quick food options that include healthy things like a good portion of steamed vegetables and brown rice. Yum! The staff is very friendly too.

I'm a recurring customer at this location but this is the second time !! I paid extra for avocado and my avocado is disgustingly spoiled and black ! why would you sell someone black avocado when you can clearly see it when you cut it and put it on my food. Not edible !! These type of things are unacceptable and it's done by choice. Not a mistake.
