The manager is always very helpful and all of the workers are very communicative.It’s nice that they validate parking for the nearby parking garage, considering the lack of street parking.There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The workers always get through the line very fast and efficiently.As far as accessibility is concerned, there is no ramp needed for entry and the countertops are at a reasonable level for wheelchair users.Parking: Sweet Green validated parking.“

“My 5 star review is strictly for their awesome bakery! Very good selection of cakes & donuts. In fact I think they have the best donuts here. Very accommodating bakers. I paid $22.96 for 5 different cakes to try. Check my photos if your curious. I had their Strawberry short cake, devil dog, chocolate iced,fudge, & artisan colossal chocolate cake. Best one was the strawberry short cake followed by the devil dog slice if you need a chocolate cake fix! The rest aren't worth the high calories really. In addition their glazed & plain sugar donuts are perfectly chewy & delightful.“

“I've had many açaí bowls from different spots and Roots & Rye just hits different. I loooooove that you can get not only the açaí blend but the matcha blend as well. Their portion size of each thing they add in the bowl is also perfect, not too much one one thing or another and there are definitely places that might overdo it on, say, the granola or the blended stuff. I've only been to this location so I can't speak for the other spots but at this one, they only let in a few people at a time which means a line can end up forming outside. I haven't had to deal with a long line before but it can definitely take some time to get everyone through and finally make it inside. Still, one of my favorite açaí places, if not my favorite!“

“Yummy! I've been really into acai lately. When I got a job in Century City, I found myself going to the Century City mall on a daily for lunch. During one of my lunch outings, I came across Oakberry Acai. When I entered, I was getting huge Deja Vu. I realized that I had been there once before thanks to a Yelp event. Since my experience went well during the Yelp event, I already knew I was going to like it.The place was clean and straight to the point. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who helped me order. I got an acai with granola, chia seeds, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. It definitely hit the spot! It tasted fresh and it was filling. Thank you!!“

“True food has yet to ever disappoint. Tried in other states and locations each time it’s phenomenal. The crazy food combo/creations they come up with always seem to work excellent together. It’s so hard to keep trying more stuff because whatever you get is so good you just keep wanting that. “The Earthbar at Equinox, Glendale is one of the best location's I've been to and the healthy options that they have make it really easy to eat something that you don't feel guilty about after working out. The employees are also very likable and take care in making your smoothies after a hard workout.“

“For as small as this place is, it was worth it! The food was so good, probably one of the best chilaquiles I've had. My friend and I shared the chilaquiles and the chocolate banana pancakes which were also so fluffy and not overly sweet, they were just right. We came on a weekend for brunch so the place was packed and there was a line waiting to be seated. Good thing we had reservations. Seating is both outside and inside but considering it was a very hot morning, we opted to stay inside. Service was very slow for us compared to others but at least the food made up for it. To drink I tried the chocolate raspberry ice coffee and it was really good as well, again it had just the right amount of sweetness I didn't have to add anything to it. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place (be sure to make reservations)“

“This is my FAVORITE smoothie bowl place in California. Saying that they are perfect is an understatement. Their fruit is beyond fresh, juicy, and sweet. Every time I visit Manhattan Beach, Paradise Bowls is a must-stop location for my friends and I. (As seen in the pictures below I've gone 3+ times and that shows how good they are). My favorite bowl here is the Peach Bum bowl, its ingredients are super well-curated and the fruits complement each other perfectly. The menu is pretty extensive and goes beyond just smoothie bowls. The prices are pretty affordable and typical for a smoothie bowl, around $10 for a size small. My photos feature the small size and there is still a pretty big portion despite its "small" labeling. The service is good, with staff being efficient. The bowls came out pretty quickly! The ambiance of the store is super cute, beachy, and has a surf shack vibe to it, perfect for the beach! The views right next to the store are extremely gorgeous featuring the Manhattan Beach coastline. This store is located close to the sand, where you can bring your bowls to picnic right next to the Pacific waves.“

“Went for a run at the beach and wanted something healthy and I came across this place it's a hidden gem in the playa vista/ Marina area the staff was super nice and the food was really fresh and good ! It took me. While to figure out what I wanted but I went with the Chicken Athena bowl it was great !! I also had the Sun God Smoothie ( a little pricey for a smoothie) but good nonetheless. They have lots of options I'll definitely go back to try !“

“I always enjoy True Food Kitchen for it's diverse and unique offerings. The food is always fresh and the wait staff and very friendly and professional. This is healthy, clean food. I especially appreciate the array of vegan options, not just a mock meat burger and a side salad, but legit tasty vegan options throughout the menu, including dessert! It's one of the few places I can confidently go with none vegans and know we'll both enjoy something on the menu.“

“Grilled Fraiche never fails to impress! I recently tried their salmon with noodles, opting for their gluten-free option, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was cooked and seasoned to my surprise very well. While the protein portion might have been smaller than expected, the flavors definitely made up for it. However, I did notice that the plantain I ordered was served cold, which was a slight disappointment. “Their products have changed my life and have been there for me for pretty much every major health crisis my husband and I have had for a decade.Their products are truly life-changing, life-saving even. “I've made several trips to this location as a post-workout pick-me-up. I like the Muscle Builder (blueberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter, and plant-based protein) and the Flax Power (Amazonian açaí, flax powder, coconut water, banana, maca, cinnamon, and plant-based protein) smoothies the most. The Wake Me Up with dates and coffee is also pretty good. The drinks are excellent, but the service can be real hit or miss. There's been improvement since it seems they've added more folks to their team, but a couple of times I've gone in, there's no acknowledgment of customers at the till. I get it if you're busy and making drinks and working the till, but you have to at least acknowledge folks who walk in and say hello, and that you'll be them in a moment or something. I'm glad they've added more folks to the team, because it can be a lot to man a till and also handle the drinks on your own. The interior is nice, and clean, and there's some seating outside, but doesn't seem like a place people come to hangout at - just order, grab, and go! Tip: there's free parking in the rear, via an alley!“

“I've only tried the smoothies and just a few of them. The number of options and quality would easily be 5 stars but the price is just too high. They aren't huge and anything over $10 for a smoothie is way too much for me. Still, I will probably be back at some point because it's in a good location and tastes so good.“
