11/18/2020 This is the WORSE Jamba Juice location. I have been there many times and every single time I go even, if i meet 3 customers, I have to wait very very long, like over 20 mins, they are too slow. When you try to replace items in drinks they want to charge extra; if you are replacing items that you already paying for, why the extra charge?. The other sister locations never charge me extra for replacing items that i already paid for. Tonight, 11/18/2020 @ 8 pm, I had to leave without a drink because of this problem. People! take your business somewhere else. I've had it, lobby against this business location and close it down!! I would drink water instead! Wish there was an area on here for a zero star.

Don't order pick up and go.. what a miserable experience this is. I gave it 3 chances and today was the final straw for me. I placed an order on Sunday to pick up on Tuesday. At about 7pm I decided to just drive to the store since I had not heard anything and check on my groceries. I called and went through the menu ending up with having to wait for someone to answer because there is no specific button for pick up. ( not a big deal ). Someone finally answers and I asked about my groceries and was told everything was running behind and I had to wait. I am normally pretty patient and I know this is a hard time for everyone so I try to keep that in mind in these situations. I told the girl I could not wait I had to be up early in the morning so let me talk to the manager. Someone answered and I will keep her name out of it and she told me my card had been declined. The card was my unemployment debit card which is full but I wondered why no one contacted me. Oh no one contacted you? No. The lady had mad attitude which I will be honest incurred my sarcasm I was talking to my husband and dropped the f bomb and she started in that I did not have to curse at her and I told her I wasn't talking to her .she was supposed to be checking on my order Anyway. She became all syrupy sarcastic and asked If I wanted to cancel my order and I absolutely did not want to. There is a reason I don't want to shop in the store. Gave her a new card number she asked where I was and I was like umm in the pick up and go spot. She also claimed to be the store manager which was total bs. When she brought the groceries out. My husband interacted with her and she remained unpleasant with her parting words hero to zero. I have been shopping here since 2000 and I will never go back again. I feel bad that grocery workers have a rough ,time but we all are and a little more kindness goes along way. They should have notified me when my card did not go through and this would not have been a problem. I hope she feels better.

My 5 star review is strictly for their awesome bakery! Very good selection of cakes & donuts. In fact I think they have the best donuts here. Very accommodating bakers. I paid $22.96 for 5 different cakes to try. Check my photos if your curious. I had their Strawberry short cake, devil dog, chocolate iced, fudge, & artisan colossal chocolate cake. Best one was the strawberry short cake followed by the devil dog slice if you need a chocolate cake fix! The rest aren't worth the high calories really. In addition their glazed & plain sugar donuts are perfectly chewy & delightful.

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK UP AND GO! I got here here early 6:45 before the pickup window of 7-8 p.m. I called and checked in...they said they were working on it. At 7:30 p.m. I called again...they said they were working on it. At 8:15 p.m. I called again, they said they were working on it. In between these calls, I personally spoke a couple of staff in the parking lot as they came and went to confirm they were working on it...they said they were working on it. At 8:30 p.m. I called again to request status...they said they were working on it BUT DID NOT HAVE A STATUS ON THE ORDER. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE IT TO ME BY 9 P.M. NEARLY 2 HOURS WAITING AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! I was extremely nice about it and understanding until I could not take it any more and demanded some action. Even during the current crisis, they lip service and empty promises are unacceptable. They basically will say anything to get you off their back. When I finally inquired the last time they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. They said you get an email when your email is ready so that you can come pick it up. Even though I checked in at 6:45 no email ever arrived because they were never working on it! What is the point of the 1 hour window for pickup if you are supposed to get an email. All B.S. and just say anything they want to not deal with you. ALMOST 2 HOURS AND LEFT WITH NOTHING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!Update: After I cancelled my order and left the store (without anything) they went ahead and processed my order and charged me for it! UNBELIEVABLE!

Placed an order for online pickup on a Sunday and the first available day to pick up was on Thursday March 26. I had tried to order my items more than once so I was happy that it must be available cause I did not get a call or email to say it was cancelled. I was on my way to pick up items and got a call from a rude person at 1:15pm when my order was for pick up at 2:00pm. She did not even give me a chance to ask any questions, she just said we don't have your order thank you and hung up. I wanted to ask a few question but her rude a** just hung up. So much for customer service I will not be going back to Pavilions at least not this one. We are in a time with this corona virus that everyone should be nice and caring and she just blew it.

I realize times are tough now, but got to the store in Culver City at 6am when they opened. Hurried through and got what was available and found a minimum of 30-40 people in each of the 2 open registers. I stood in line for an hour - it moved forward about 5 people. Ridiculous. Vons you don’t have enough check stands open every time I come in, but to have only 2 open knowing what’s happening now is crazy and horrible customer service.

I was treated so rudely by a supervisor/cashier at Pavillions on Jefferson in Culver City, CA today. This woman got impatient with me at checkout, thought I was challenging her (racism) needlessly. She then LOUDLY announced to another cashier to trade places with her. As I was walking out she then LOUDLY announced she was switching back to my aisle...making sure I and many others could hear her insult. Can you imagine a store employee, especially a so-called supervisor treating any customer this way? When I asked for the manager no one knew if he was even working that day. When I phoned the store, whoever answered (after being on hold for 17 minutes) refused to tell me what time or if the store manager would be in tomorrow. I have witnesses to this occurrence, and am going to pursue action against this cashier and store manager as far up the corporate ladder as I can push. Please be aware of this store!

Greatest Ever

Worst worst worst worst stay away. Owner doesn’t want to spend the money to hire more workers so there are only 2 people there and we were in a long line for almost an hour. Then my mango smoothie was rushed and tests bitter and like orange mixed with mango. I had to throw it away. Worst Jamba Juice place. Don’t waste your time and money go find another. I blame the owner rather than the workers. They were helpless

Jamaba Juice- why does your title contain the word Juice when you don't sell Juice? Employee just told me they only Have smoothies hahaha

Pavilions has a good market rep, but this one in particular isn't the best. The overall feel of this market is seems neglected and dark and the people at the checkout seem unhappy and don't want to be bothered. I can particular to get at strawberries which almost every pack contained mold and did not look fresh. I suggest going to the nice brightly lit pavilions in the marina.

I'm unsure why this location doesn't generate more business. They make really good smoothies. They are inside of Pavilions on Jefferson, adjacent to Rite Aid. The employees at this location are very personable. What gives?!. I will be patronizing this location more now that I know my business is not appreciated at Simply Wholesome. Unlike Simply Wholesome, Jamba Juice not only lists its ingredients, they also list the caloric content in their smoothies. They have a great selection. This location is also very clean, which I appreciate. And the prices are very fair.
