The service here is great! I accidentally said “big kahuna” rather than “big kahuna chicken”, and apologized after they already made the sandwich and offered to pay for both, but they took the sandwich back no problem. Thank you GiGi and team!

I went to this location on Wednesday 3/13/24 around 7:30pm. I counted approximately 5 employees "working." I stood at the counter to order, and not one person even acknowledged my existence, let alone asked what I wanted to order. I waited a few minutes figuring they were busy, even though I was the only customer inside the location at the time, and not one person even lifted their head to say we'll be right with you...nothing. I watched 3 employees walking back and forth behind the counter and they all just let me stand there. Finally I walked out after several more minutes of being ignored, absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. I've been to other locations in LA and have never received that treatment. Someone usually acknowledges you as soon as you step into the business. Usually when I'm in Culver City I go to this location but I will never spend a dime inside that location again.

I love Jersey Mike's Subs, but this location, unfortunately, continues to disappoint me. Half of the time that I go there, they are either out of white bread, wheat bread, or sometimes both! How does that even happen when sandwiches are the only item that they serve? Add to this that the unsweetened iced tea is also 50% of the time "out of order" meaning someone was too lazy to make it, so I just don't buy a drink. These are not isolated incidents, but half of the time I go there. I finally asked to speak to the manager about the lack of bread and iced tea, and he just barked at me, saying they had been busy. It was 7:00 PM on a weekday and nowhere near closing time. He was very rude and intimidating and offered no apologies. I'm not writing this review to badmouth Jersey Mike's but instead, I hope that the owner is made aware of his mostly rude and lazy crew that blasts horrible rap music that most customers don't want to listen to as they are trying to enjoy their lunch or dinner on bread they don't care for, while thirsty. Fun fact: as we were eating our #7 on the rosemary bread and halfway through eating, miraculously, white bread was now available. If this were my restaurant, I would want a manager who was friendly, polite, and accommodating to my customers. I have not been back since.

If fresh and delicious is what you want in a sandwich, this is the place! I only set foot in here about a year ago and I'm hooked! The bread is of good quality. Their veggies always look very fresh, but they actually grill your hot sandwiches. They have a grill and no toasters. My favorites are the ham and provolone Mike's way, and Mike's Famous Philly. I've always been that person who loves tons of lettuce on tostadas, sandwiches, tacos, I love it. Most places give you a smidgen of lettuce and I'm weird cause I want a lot. Not here. Here they are very generous and you don't even have to ask. Staff has always given me a warm welcome, even in their busiest times. The quality of food and service is great and consistent. The restaurant looks clean, tables are never dirty. During lunch hour, it can get so busy and yes you'll have a bit of a wait time. Their chocolate chip cookies and brownies are so good. A little pricey. I personally think the brownies are worth it. They are yummy and chewy, and if you can make it to a microwave before devouring it, it will literally melt in your mouth

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm not happy that I had to wait 20-30 min for my order to be ready when I'm on my lunch break and on the clock and have to get back to the job . I ordered two sandwiches one hot and one cold and the employee never had the one hot sandwich made when I thought it was being made .... So I sat around thinking it was coming up but really wasn't even being made .. and on top of that I gave a tip that was almost 5 bucks when I sat there waiting like an dumbass .. I don't plan on coming back

Bought gf vegan meatball sandwich. While i appreciate they offer gf bread for $ 2, its so hard to bite into and chew. The inside meatball is fine.

Do not go there. They hate there job and the ppl ordering. Says a lot. Had grease all over the bag. They dont change there gloves. And that bread is still on the counter waiting for its victims (regular size).

The app needs to give a more realistic pick up time. People order on the app to save timeS don't give a false pick up time on the app if I have to wait another 20 minutes after giving 10-15 grace time ti finally come pick up a sandwich ordered well over 35 minutes ago. It's a shame the company and app put this pressure on good hard working kids for a customer to show up and vocally disappointed with the timing/efficiency of their orders. Give more realistic pick up times and your customers/employees won't hate their pick up experience!

I usually order thru the app if am around doing any delivers i stop by the store . Last 2 times experience hasn't been great.. wait time seem way longer than usual. 45 minutes for 2 subs I think it's way too much .. I get it sometimes it's busy , specially lunch time ...training shouldn't be during rush hours ... this week decided to order their their app so it could be faster .. no difference . Took them 40 minutes to get my subs ready when I asked how long , the girl who usually is there was " he is working on it " which wasn't .. this store needs to speed up their time . From now on rather drive one more mile to Venice /culver location ..
