My friend and I came after work. We were seated quickly, yet our server was delayed and seemed distracted. His eye contact was elsewhere. We ordered drinks and ended up canceling. We walked across to The Olive Garden where the server was attentive.

When I was seated, I was taken care of by my server, Emmanuel. I am Handicapped and need a Hand Walker to assist me. He took great care of me from the time I placed my order to when I was leaving and he noticed that I would need a beverage carrier to hold my to go cup of Ice Tea safely.I ordered the BBQ Three Meat Combo and a sweet tea. I had spare ribs, rib tips, and pulled pork with potato salad and pork and beans. I LOVE the spicy BBQ sauce. I had so much food that I only ate 1/3 of it and took the rest home.Wheelchair accessibility: I am Handicapped and need a hand walker to get around. The restaurant is located on the first level and is easily accessible from the valet parking area. The isles are wide enough to accommodate my Walker. Also, the bathroom is very accessible.

So normally when I get food from here everything is great but not this time around. I preferred the tri tip combo and I wish you could have seen the slices of meat they gave me. It was seven little strips of meat that were so thin. I can’t believe I paid $30 for this. They also forgot my biscuit. I definitely won’t be returning

Food was dry and horrid and staff didn’t care and wasn’t attentive. We had an incredible dinner at the Woodland Hills location and were excited to try this location, so chose Lucille’s Culver City for our Friday night dinner after a long week and day. Our server served us and then disappeared, forgot the salad we had ordered and then was nowhere to be seen when we wanted to point that out and that the brisket and try tip looked like dry rashers of bacon. Not soft or juicy. We had to eventually add an extra sauce on top just to eat and then couldn’t eat much of it. Chef obviously does not know how to bbq or slow roast meat, and the staff situation was a bit strange for sure. Won’t be back again.

We ordered the three meat combo (+10$) and payed the extra fee for the ribs(8$) and the tri-tip(2$). In total the dish was around 75$. Service was good, food quality was soso. The brisket was very tasty, however the the tritip and the ribs where a bit disappointing as the tritip was dry and the ribs had a thick layer of bbq sauce unfortunately. Food was not very warm.

Nice place, the brisket was dry. My sausage came out and the center was cold. I brought it up to the waiter and he took it and got me two more pieces that were warm. I did enjoy the Mac and cheese with bacon. The best part of the restaurant was the biscuits.

Nah, don't waste your time or money! I should have paid attention to the reviews. I was craving brisket and decided it can't be that bad. It tastes like lunchroom food. I ordered th brisket with fries and sautéed veggies. The veggies taste and looked like they were cooked about 10 times. The brisket and the veggies were cold. I asked if it could be warmed up and the waiter brought it back out almost the same temperature as before, still cold. The waiter was very nice though. Inside the restaurant was a typical chain restaurant.

I have been to other good Lucille's locations but don't recommend this one. I ordered their BBQ chicken salad that came with cold and soggy fried onion rings on top. Side biscuits, although warm, were over baked and as hard as a hockey puck. Don't recommend.

Does not even deserve the one star. Used to be an awesome bbq experience, but that was 25+ years ago. Horrible experience is an understatement. Skimpy, poorly presented and terribly crafted potions, extreme prices and ambiance of an off the path poir choice.
