I came here on April 10th 2024, The customer service was horrible as well as the food quality, the rice had clumps in it, and the shrimp was tough and overcooked, this location refused to make matters right after stopping by a couple days later, this location needs better management, the store manager is a complete idiot, she has zero clue on how to run a store, as far as the associates, they are no better than her, I would recommend going elsewhere

I wouldn't go back to this branch. The servers could hardly understand orders. I ordered for a group of 6 for take out and they made a major mess by over charging me and missing orders.

Honestly this place sucks, have been three times as it’s the only one by my girlfriends crib. All three times it had not only been a terrible experience getting the food and checking out but all three instances I have gotten the wrong food. It may incompetence or maybe just pure negligence that leads to these things but save your money and the headache, go somewhere else. As they say, common sense ain’t so common anymore.

just popped in for some Chinese as I came outta Ralph's, my stomach was growling and they usually hit it the spot. I got mine to go This wasn't the usual orange chicken or something. It just taste a little dry tonight. The green bean chicken on the other hand was as usual " the BOMB.

Yet another bad experience here, so time to write a negative review. I eat at Panda Express all across the city, and usually it's fine (but see below), but this place.... Staff are surly. In nearly every bowl the food was down to the dregs, and they showed no inclination to make fresh. I opted for what looked kinda ok. Beef broccoli: the beef was actually cold; several of the broccoli pieces were grey. When I asked for some fresher looking broccoli the server said I had received the set portion. I did half noodles, half white rice. She gave me hardly any noodles and a huge slab of rice that was solid. The manager was surly, did not want to give me my money back. I have noticed that since the pandemic the standard in general at Panda Express has gone down. They are reluctant to cook fresh bowls, and they short-change you on portion size. This chain used to be reliable; no longer, and this particular Panda Express has been consistently problematic for years.
