The dirtiest Panera that I have ever been to, so many dirty tables , floor was dirty, woman’s bathroom had piss all over the seats as if men had been in there.

I typically get great service at the Jefferson Panera. I went there today and most of the staff was in front having a meeting. I was first in line with 2 customers behind me. We waited 15 minutes before an employee in the back saw us and said, “I’ll be right back “. I said ok and she never returned.12 minutes later, an older black female employee came from the meeting area, walked past us and put her plate in the sink. She was facing me and had no choice but to ask if I had been helped yet? I said no. She looked annoyed, came to the register and said “what can I get you”?No hi, thanks for waiting, just “what can I get you”?I said HI and smiled, she didn’t respond. I said “I’ll have a small Madagascar vanilla Almond Cold Brew’. She typed it into the register then asked another employee to help her. He said “oh, we don’t have any vanilla and suggested something else for me that has almond milk. I said, “ oh, I thought the almond in Madagascar was a syrup”? He suggested a caramel latte. I said ok. He walked away and the female employee said under her breath, “now I gotta change the order to almond milk! I said ”ma’am , I never asked for almond milk, do you have Oat milk”? She was annoyed again and I said “ what is your problem“? She said “I don’t have a problem”! I said “it’s on your face every time I ask a question”! She raised her voice and said “this is just my face”! When I got louder the manager came out and told her to go in the back. He apologized for her behavior and said he couldn’t believe she was talking to a customer like that?! I thanked him and said he doesn’t have to apologize for her nasty behavior! He gave me the latte on the house and I told him he’s a great manager and thanked him again!I’m annoyed that I had to write this review but it’s about principle because I never disrespected her! In my opinion, Panera shouldn’t allow easily agitated employees to deal with customers.Thank You

Drink machines in this location look dirty and run down. I wonder when the last time the insides were cleaned out. Drinks were passable but did not taste very fresh. Small portions for food and were average taste.

My son had the pepperoni flatbread; he said it was “Whatever & Bland!He also said he could’ve made a better one w/store bought ingredients!( HE HAS)I on the other handHad the “TURKEY” chilli . DIS CUSS TING!It had carrots, garbanzo beans some other type of beans as well, an a TEASPOON of turkey! WTH! The bread was coo; But dangThirty freakin bucks! I’m a single mom of a 15yr old who NEEDS to make EVERY cent count, THIS WAS NOT IT! Won’t be back.

First time at this Panera and 2nd time eating Panera. Food was cold, portions are tiny for high price. Service was horrible. Manager didn’t even help when told him that my latte was cold. NEVER CONING BACK.

It used to be good for a quick meal! This time, my chicken avocado chipotle melt sandwich was over baked, hard, and had no chicken in it was dry. I'll try it again by eating in rather than taking dinner out. The problem may be that you don't know what you have until you get home. If you eat there and its jot right, you can give it right back to them. It is very disappointing and not fair to take out customers.

This is the worst, poorly managed, and dirty Panera I’ve ever been to. The first time I was here they got my order wrong, and I had to go back. The second time my name disappeared from the screen and they didn’t know why. After waiting 30 minutes, they had to start from scratch. It ended up taking about 40 minutes to get my food. Bathrooms like a bad bus station (yes, I’ve been in a bus station bathroom ?). Avoid.
