Honesty this review is very disappointing considering I loved coming here for breakfast specifically because they used to use fresh fried eggs in their bagels. I noticed as I was getting ready to eat that wasn't the case anymore. They apparently switched over to microwaveable eggs which in my opinion ruins the quality of the egg and cheese bagel. Nonetheless service was still quick and friendly just disappointed to find this out.
The location is amazing; however, as others have mentioned, orders aren't always right. I asked for a bagel with regular cheese, but they put American cheese, and the regular coffee with milk is not the best. Despite this, when I compare this bagel with those in New York, they are really close in taste.

I was nervous to try this place because of all of the reviews, but I've been here so many times now because they have gluten free bagels and vegan cream cheese, and they've all been pretty good. They are very friendly, one woman is there most of the time and remembers me and is very pleasant. Sometimes the wait can be long because it can get insanely busy.
