Alright my wife is Canadian so you know I like my poutine - and for an option here in the US, Poutine Brothers SMACKS! The food truck came and visited my work, and while all poutineries should be judged on a classic serving, this was my lunch so I ordered the fried chicken on top, which was the perfect amount of protein, nice and crispy.The cheese curds came from Wisconsin, which is about as close as to Quebec as you can get in the US.
