Went here for one food item and the wait was terribly long ! PHONE ADDICTION IS TAKING OVER THE FOOD / BEVERAGE INDUSTRY!! I am very unhappy with the service. Took me 30 minutes to receive my croissant and the person handling the food is checking their phone and texting the entire time while handling our food !! This is a health hazard ! After Covid I thought management would care more about service and stress to employees NO PHONES ON THE FLOOR !! Please do better I really used to like this Starbucks ! After waiting 30 minutes and being met with an attitude i won’t be going back !!

This is the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks I have EVER been too! All the workers were going over and beyond expectations for each customer, I was in awe of their generosity and kindness, we are only stopping by as we live far from here but this place should raises the bar and should be utilized as an example for all other locations! Management is doing the right thing here by encouraging happiness ? thank you guys for starting our weekend right ? it’s the little extra touches for me ?
