Awful iced white chocolate mocha. My cup had syrup, powder, and milk unstirred. After stirring and shaking for several minutes to get the ingredients to mix it still tasted terrible. Threw it away. I understand this is a small Starbucks inside of a store but I have never had problems with this drink anywhere else.

Awful Starbucks. They didn't have any brewed coffee and the workers there seemed like they cared more about chatting with their co-workers than helping their customers. The alternative they suggested (because they had zero coffee despite it being a Saturday afternoon) also sucked. Tasted like watered down nasty espresso. They charged me full price for something I dumped after two sips. Never again!

Everytime I stop by the starbucks they are always out of something like lids or cold brew. Received attitude from one of the baristas named sophie when i asked what was in the cold foam. I could feel them purposely making my drink very slowly as a peaked into how dirty the bar was. Everytime i pick up my sister from work the locals always mention stopping by the other starbucks down the street. I really hope they figure it out soon so i don’t have to go further for my coffee :(

Come to this Starbucks if you like to be ignored while you are the only one in line. And then without acknowledging your presence, one of the two employees behind the counter goes to the “back.” And then the other one went back to his side work. All while I was standing directly in front of them. Hint: Take care of the only customer in line before your side work. Don’t act like every other thing is more important. And most importantly - acknowledge your customer. I can wait. Just be polite and value that I am standing there wanting to give you money. That is why left. Lame. 10:13 am 11/4

3 baristas..1 person waiting to pick up drinks and 3 people waiting in line to order while none of the baristas are giving anyone in line the time of day much less taking anyones orders..........I've been standing in line for 10 minutes and I've only seen one drink get pumped out to one customer

I have a bad habit to go TJ and Starbucks. Just indulging. Outside patio is always occupied by same people. Do they live here? So do not use this location for studying or meeting with friends because there are no open tables for you.

Horrible!! I came in at 7:25pm and a worker named Vanessa informed me that she wasn’t able to help me because she was leaving early. I asked pavilions manager if that was allowed and he proceeded to call her. She did not inform her management that she was closing early and turned off all the machines before 8pm. This experience was not only extremely unprofessional but a huge inconvenience. I love Starbucks but I do not recommend this location to anyone looking for late coffee.

Needed that vanilla sweet cream cold brew! Always fast, good and refreshing.

This Starbucks sucks!! Or maybe is the lack of people skills employees have. Barista Andrea took my order. Two people behind me, was nothing busy. I waited and waited...the young man making the drinks kept chit chatting and I want to believe he is new since Andrea kept pointing out what he needed to do. After a very long time of waiting. Further people that were behind me got their drinks, I went to the counter and Andrea asks me what I want to order?! I politely told her that I had already order and was just checking up on my drink..."oh, he forgot it, it's right here (pointing to the paid order). No apology, no "I'll make it right away"...Starbucks please start training your employees. Start by having them make drinks first, then chit chat away. Next, professionalism: you forgot an order, then you apologize and prioritize that order, simple.

That old lady working there is trash with customers . She's snippy and after she's said her peace she acts at peace . She will try and make you feel inadequate to drink from her holy Starbucks in a grocery store with her tone and the words she chooses lol so even tho you may have dealt with someone from Starbucks who knows how to talk and help when confused on drinks , for the love of God do not expect that from her . She needs to hang the apron up
