Young Hispanic guy that helped us was awesome! but his co-workers were a little loud and obnoxious yelling from behind the counter to other coworker in market about their personal life issues while the dude was making all drinks he even had to ask her to move out of his way while he's working and she was just yelling n doing nothing. So the 5 stars go to the young dude that was working today around 3pm. Thanks for my double iced shaken espresso with breve , sfvanilla and venti java chip It was perfect!

The sliced Turkey breast with mashed potatoes and gravy is horrible. I tried and I decided to fast.

If VALERIE is taking your order, please prepare yourself for ZERO customer service skills. The only thing she said (not asked) the entire time was "Can I help you" with a blank look when she took my order. Nothing else. But another person did appear, obviously someone she was familiar with because they had a full out conversation while she made my drink. When it was ready she didn't say anything, I went up after awhile to check and just took it. No thank you or anything. Just a warm body to do less than mediocre work who probably would be better off not working directly with customers.
Not good customer service at all!! The lady that is working at this time has no personality shes starring at you like saying what do you want??? Then you're order is ready and you're there waiting and she doesnt say a word while she is still making drinks and having a huge line!

I've been here twice in the last month after doing grocery shopping. Both times the employees were very welcoming and my drink was made perfectly each time. Not sure how long this one will last with the new location that recently opened in the same lot, but this is very convenient when you're already in the store.
