Pizza was good but wings were burnt. I think they might have been under the broiler for two long. I ordered to the 25 piece for a lunch for 6 people. Just a few had no visible burn areas.

The customer service was amazing, nice, and friendly! The atmosphere was cool. Not too busy when I walked in. The pizza slice was thin, crispy, and delicious. The sauce was ok, the cheese was good, and the crust itself was delicious. The price was a bit high for a slice of cheese but still good.

Upper crust, you were my favorite go to pizza place for so long, but it feels like you’ve lost yourself recently. Your pizza was so round and perfect, but as of late has been more oval, overly greasy, and all the toppings are in the center. It’s not me, it’s definitely you. I think it’s best if I try some other pizza places and find something that really works me and my needs. We had something special together, but I need to move on and find something new; a pizza place that’s there for me, and most importantly one that is consistent, thick or thin.

First time trying Upper Crust Pizza on 3/22/24 and it won't be our last! So glad we passed by as we were walking to get boba. I loved that they offer pizza by the piece. I tried the meat pizza and my cousin got the pepperoni. The meat pizza was delicious! Love the generous cut too. The crust was thin just like how I like it. The toppings were generous and good amount to cover the crust. They served it hot and it was really good. The service was also good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You order on one side they heat up the slice on the other side and served in a box. Ambiance was clean and modern. They offer some tables inside and outside for those who want to eat in. They are located in the busy Downtown Culver City. Parking available in the structure with first hour free. If you're in the area, definitely try this place out. I can't wait to order a whole pizza for me and my family.

Walked in on a random night to get some pizza and see what else was going on in here. We ordered 2 slices and a nashville hot fried chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. Gentleman ringing is up apparently doesnt know his sign gives a specific price for the combo so we paid a la carte. Strike one. Slices were ready in 3 minutes. Fantastico! Not helpful though because the chicken sandwich took 20+ mins. Management needs to get the line in order and get the orders to come out at the same time because one person got to eat and the other had to wait a pretty long time in restaurant terms. Strike 2. Strike 3 was the closer: cook behind the counter was cleaning the prep area, grabbed a trash can with his bare left hand to scrape the prep area crumbs into, then put the trash can back and went and grabbed dough to make into the next pizza. With the same hand. Without washing it or putting on gloves. Only reason they get a second star is because the fried chicken sandwich tasted good and I'm choosing not to acknowledge how many contaminants might have been in it. Please just nope all the way out of this spot.

Best by-the-slice in LA! Ever since moving here I have been disappointed by the quality of the pizza options- that is- until I discovered Upper Crust! Their slices are a good price, and perfect for a single serving. The cheese/sauce ratio is perfect and though I'm a topping girl- I opt for the cheese slices here because of how good they are. The service is great and the workers are always helpful. My only complaint would be that it is a little too bright inside!

Every person liked the pizza at the Culver City location of this small local chain, but the prices were the biggest problem they believed. It has slices if you aren't picky about flavors. Upper Crust is an appropriate name because of the prices. For sure it's not crazy expensive for around here, but the quality isn't like it's that much better than Domino's to be honest. The whole pizzas are ones that take awhile to cook, so call ahead for these. Came in and looked at the slices they had available. It's kind of limited most times. There's often maybe one flavor for vegans. Of course they're usually out of it. We chose to get a whole pizza to go then. It's about $21, which is kind of a lot. We got just the vegan cheese, because they charge about a buck for each topping. Looked like a good pizza at least. The pretend cheese was bubbling, and there was a crunch without being a burnt taste. Ate some there and took the rest for later at home. The stuff held up pretty good at lunch. Going here again would be an option if we knew the slices that were available. It's kind of a lot for a whole pizza. There's quite a few choices for vegans and vegetarians.

We were craving pizza and decided to check this place out for dinner on a Friday evening. They have both pizzas by the slice and pizzas that you can order and you can get 2 flavors on a single pie. Pizzas by the slice are limited to what they have already made. We ordered a small sized pizza, half tremont and half supreme and mozzarella sticks. Total was a little over $30 prior to tip. There were 3 other orders before us, but it only took about 15 minutes to get our pizza. The pizza was very thin and crispy and my boyfriend was a huge fan since he loves thin crust pizza. I also thought it was great. They are pretty generous with their toppings, especially on their supreme pizza. The mozzarella sticks were more like mozzarella pillows and were very cheesy inside. I was sad that they only came with 3 pieces. Weirdly was served with some type of butter on the side instead of marinara sauce. Definitely would recommend this place for delicious thin crust style pizza with interesting flavors. Street parking on garage parking on Cardiff or under the stairs.

I love this place! Not only are the prices good, but the food is delicious. I also like the location. I have stopped by for lunch and takeout for dinner. I highly recommend a slice or two if you're going solo. Definitely recommend this place!
