The Wetzel Bitz is so dry, overcook, and burn asf. It's so hard to chew it. The service was okay but not friendly at all. I don't want to go this Wetzel's Pretzels never again! I spend $7 dollar something almost 8 dollar.
I got an original pretzel and found out that it was still raw or not baked. I went back to show the item to the cashier, and both cashier had an attitude when I showed them the raw dough... I've been baking for years, and even if u have no expirance, you can tell it's not baked instead of apologizing. Both cashiers were mad... it's so sad that nowadays people don't know what customer service is ..

I am very sad to make this review as I loved coming here. I ordered the mini pretzel bites. I had one and the inside was uncooked dough. I that it was just one but I had a few more and the same thing happened I had to spit it out. Im very sad that this happened not only once today but multiple times in the past. I would love to come back for the pretzel but it just seems like it's not good to eat if it's not cooked all the way.
