Cream puff size is getting smaller and smaller. Price is going up on contrary. I went on Sunday and there was a line. Only 2 staff and food came out pretty slow since a lot of people put in big orders. The flavor was still good but the shell was getting soggy. It's a small shop near daiso. Inside is clean and just a space for people to stand and wait.

Service is always so bad We've been here 3 times and the workers have a really weird attitude and they only ever have 2 flavors available every time we go?? The menu needs to be redesigned so that it's easier for people to understand. And they should (at a minimum) make some signs to let people know what's still available or not... every person who ordered was so confused. And the worker is just like "we only have what's here *points to the display* like okay that wasn't helpful and I don't know what those shells are

The App was not communicating with the physical store. There were only 4 filings that the store offered at the time. Lucky me, I called the store beforehand and found out the issue. If I were just going to the store, that would be a mess.

Order: Half a dozen Each would have been $4.10 All shells are sort of crumbly and I don't like making a mess so I think I'll pass on shells next time. I only tried the green tea and vanilla fillings for the most part and I think they're about the same. They're not too sweet and have a nice texture. The green tea taste is super subtle. The cream puff itself is perfect. Crispy on the outside, nice and soft on but inside. Strawberry Shortcake Shell with Green Tea Filling -can't really taste the strawberry shortcake shell Green Tea Shell with Vanilla Filling Honey Butter Shell with Vanilla Filling Green Tea Shell with Green Tea Filling Dulce De Leche Shell with Vanilla Filling -surprisingly good. The caramel doesn't overpower anything. Honey Butter Shell with Green Tea Filling Favorite: Honey butter shell with Vanilla filling I just really like honey and the vanilla filling complimented it more than the matcha Service: Nothing too specific to say here. Service was good. There's no seating inside but there is seating outside. The store was nice, warm, and quiet while I waited.

I loved the cream puffs at Beard Papa's in Tokyo when I visited recently, so I knew I had to try them here in Cupertino! We stopped in on a Friday night and got a strawberry shortcake shell with vanilla cream filling; there was a bit of a wait but it wasn't too bad. The cream puff was good overall and I enjoyed the strawberry shortcake topping on the shell, though it did seem like the shell had been sitting out for a while. Overall it's a good place for a quick dessert but nothing spectacular.

The Chocolate creme was my favorite. Just enough sweetness. The Match shell was fresh but the others we ordered seemed old. Flavors were not bad The menu doesn't show the current fillings. The cream puffs here are so good! It also always smells super good inside the store so you know they are baking them fresh. As for the cream puffs, you first pick a shell (I always get original), and then choose a filling. The chocolate filling is super good and silky, but the others are also pretty good. The service is super fast, usually one person takes your order and the other will pump the filling into the cream puffs. The price has also stayed pretty consistent throughout the years which is quite impressive!

Homeboy at the front was hustling hard.It was near closing and he took care of 3 families that were in front of my party like a champ.They didn't have a lot available due to the time of day.But we received the vanilla and matcha filling in regular puffs.Family loved and fought over them.Will return, hoping to try more flavors.

Beard Papa's never disappoints! Their cream puffs are always fresh and filled w/ your likings right in front of you. My favorite is original w/ chocolate cream. We also tried the chocolate w/ vanilla, and the special valentines flavor w/ vanilla. All delicious! There was a bit of a line, but wasn't quick. Cute shop w/ friendly staff. Plenty of parking in lot.
