Not the real store. Limited menu.

I'm definitely a fan of Boba Guys and have enjoyed them all across the bay, but unfortunately I don't think the quality, freshness, and taste transfers well to the "local kitchen" concept. The classic black tea I got seemed watered down and more like a milk tea from a lower quality boba shop. Honestly this felt more like a knockoff than an original Boba Guys. I would suggest Boba Guys gets involved to try to get the experience up to their brand standards, or ensure local kitchen switches to a cheaper brand more in line with the reality.

I’m a huge fan of boba guys. Go there for boba tea often. I saw one in Cupertino and saw it was in a local kitchen. I ordered the strawberry matcha boba and it was the definition of mid. It was watery and kinda bland. Boba guys, please train these people to make tea like the other locations. Won’t be going to the Cupertino local kitchen again.

Updating to reflect that I unsubscribed for ads/offers from Boba Guys and Local Kitchens by text and I am now getting texts from another number (which I've also unsubscribed from). Wish I never went here.

The selection at this "Boba Guys" is pretty limited. Literally, there's only about 4-5 drinks that they make. And only really the simple ones at that. So you'll only really get the milk teas and stuff. What does make this location amazing is that Local Kitchens has some pretty good other residents here: Proposition Chicken, Square Pie guys, etc! I'd come here just for the fact that there are a lot of options on the overall menu. Indoor seating is pretty limited and outdoor seats is pretty limited too. There are no heat lamps outside so on cold evening, the inside is pretty much the only option. When we were there, there were a bunch of patrons just standing about drinking their drinks while it was clear one of the employees was on his break and taking up the only 4-top table in the dining room. I don't blame him. In this case, I blame management for not providing him a place to take his break while not taking resources away from the patrons.

This Boba Guys is one of the newest additions at Local Kitchens - a micro food hall kitchen. There is street parking out front, as well as more parking in the lot in the back. They have 9 drinks from the original menu for you to pick from. There were a few people working, one of the employees (it might had been the manager or owner) was pretty informative when I asked him questions about their menu and another employee made my drinks, which I received in a timely manner as well. I tried a variety of their drinks here, such as their Hong Kong Milk Tea with boba, Jasmine Green with boba, Matcha Latte with boba, Strawberry Fields with boba, Strawberry Jasmine Fresca with boba, Strawberry Matcha Latte with boba, and Thai Tea with boba. The Hong Kong Milk Tea was not as strong, but it had this bitter aftertaste to it. The Jasmine Milk Tea was a bit on the creamier side with a very subtle tea taste, but I enjoyed it. The Matcha Latte had a creamy matcha syrup taste and strong grainy aftertaste to it though. The Strawberry Fields had a good creaminess and sweetness to it, and it tasted like strawberry milk, which I liked. The Strawberry Jasmine Fresca was not that sweet and the strawberry taste was not as strong as I would had liked it to be, it also had a dry aftertaste to it. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was creamy and sweet, and not as bitter as their Matcha Latte - the strawberry puree was a good addition to this drink and it was refreshing. The Thai Tea had a fragrant and strong tea taste to it and even though it was creamy, it could had used a bit more cream/milk. My favorites were the Jasmine Green with boba, Strawberry Fields with boba, and Strawberry Matcha Latte with boba. The boba was a bit on the melty side, but it may had just been a new batch that was fresh and hot though. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice addition to have a boba spot here - it is a chill and quiet spot to hang out to enjoy a boba or two, as well as grab a bite to eat.

Great concept of a micro kitchen, especially to have some of the top restaurants all in one place! I was excited to find this new Boba Guys location, however being in a micro kitchen, it did not have the same quality as the other Boba Guys locations I've been to! It was disappointing. Boba- Boba Guys always had a consistent chewy texture to their boba, however, this location's boba was super mushy and soft. Tea- the tea was super bitter, more bitter/stronger tea tasting than usual. I am not sure when the tea was truly brewed/how fresh it was because I came on 12/22/23 but my bf saw that the tea container had a label stating it was brewed on 12/18/23. It could be an old label but the tea quality was not the same. Overall, it was a great concept and location, but it was not the same as THE boba guys!

I love Boba Guys and am so excited to have high quality boba close to me in Los Altos. The prices are great and the quality is even better! I’m already looking forward to the next time I go :)

Boba is solid. Unfortunately, it costed me $8.42 for a 24oz drink with boba. I think that's pretty ridiculous. 5% service fee, 85 cents extra for boba.

Doesn’t have all the drinks Boba Guys normally offers but has all the hits.

Best boba milk tea stop in my opinion. Fresh ingredients and consistent every time. I'm so happy they opened one in Cupertino right off 85 now. So easy to access from any direction and quite convenient. Will be back many more times!
