Nice place for work and chill! It is very quiet and peaceful here. A convenient place for meetings with friends. Very friendly staff. If I need to buy something at the Apple store, I will definitely come here for emotions and relaxation!Parking: A lot of parking

I was in this cafe a year ago and I really liked it then. this time I was in the cafe on February 14th. No one came to me to take my order. I was blatantly ignored and then a girl came up and said that I can place the order myself. They couldn't make me the coffee I ordered. these women who work in this cafe should not work in Apple cafe, they shouted loudly in their own language, it felt like I was McDonald's, not Apple

Nice place to chill. Don’t expect too much from the drinks tho. We ordered Chai and Matcha lattes. Chai was quite watered down and I had to go a bit crazy on the cinnamon to get some flavor out of it. Matcha was alright. It said no Apple logo guaranteed, but we got 2 drinks that had NO latte art on it at all. I thought it was the items we ordered, but seeing at least some sort of latte arts from other reviews, I guess our drinks just weren’t feeling pretty that day.Ambience was great. Your typical Apple feel in a cafe setting. The terrace was nice and a good photo spot, too. Generally a tight place to just kind of be.

I live near the Apple Park visitor center. I frequently walk my dog around the area because it is so inviting and clean. I occasionally pop into the visitor center to use the restroom and/or to check out the large apple diorama. I also like to check out the products when it is not crowded. Today, I went into the café to get a cup of coffee. The young man working in the café was very friendly, and helped me order my drink, because I did not have my reading glasses. When I was about to complete my order, I discovered that I could not pay in cash, and I did not have any other method to pay so I walked away, shaking my head because I really wanted the coffee. Shortly thereafter the young man who was helping me walked over to me and offered to give me the coffee for free. He clearly felt bad for me because I had the money to pay, but they did not accept cash. He was very polite and friendly. It made my day. Thank you APPLE cafe guy!!

This cafe is next to the Apple Visitor Center, and is connected to the Apple store, which is one intersection away from Apple headquarters. I ordered a cup of ice tea, which was really ordinary. After two sips, I didn’t want to drink it again. There are not many places on the first floor of the coffee shop, only eight tables. There is a large space on the second floor, and you can also overlook the headquarters building.

There's some parking in their parking lot. The place isn't that big, but they do sell unique shirts you can't find in other Apple retailers. I wish they sold more unique watch bands that only you can get from here, which would've made it more special. They also have a cafe center with tables and chairs where you can order coffee and food. At the top of the stairs, it's an outside view with more tables and chairs for sitting. Overall, a nice place to visit for first time and checking out!

The Apple Park visitor center is pretty neat all things considered, but it wasn't quite everything I had hoped for. For a long time, I have wanted to see the new Apple campus up close. I was hoping to get a good look at it by either driving by, or going to the visitor center. Unfortunately, you just can't really get a good look at it, unless you work for Apple. The visitor center was gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but I still didn't get to see the main building hardly at all. Not even from the roof deck of the visitor center. I picked up an overpriced souvenir shirt from the shop, and got a shockingly good $5 latte from the cafe. Unfortunately though, aside from the proximity to the main Apple HQ and the cafe, the visitor center is just kind of a regular Apple Store.

Limited cafe options but you would get most of drinks offered in a cafe. The experience of Apple Store and the rooftop access is great. Good place to visit and would definitely recommend buying any Apple products at this store as it’s a flagship store and you can buy Apple merchandise as well.

One of the best places on earth! A place where Apple customers can shop, learn and view Apple's headquarters with their own eyes! Located in the middle of expensive Cupertino CA, Apple Visitor Center offers great customer service & even has a public Cafe Macs!

From what I remember, they offer various pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as hats, Apple t-Shirts, card games, carrying bags, post cards, baby clothes, and you can also get a selection of keychains in the form of AirTag (but these can be found at any Apple Store). The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here! You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes! Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!

It’s hard to find a good, actually spicy, spiced chai outside of my house (I drink Blue Lotus’ Star Anise Masala Chai) and, weirdly enough, Apple’s Caffe Macs delivers. Rich in the right ways, flavourful, perfect temperature…delightful.I have warm nostalgia for Apple because I’ve used their computers since I was in kindergarten (I’m 45, so that gives you an idea of how long it’s been) and since I was in Silicon Valley for an event, I HAD to visit the Mothership. Well worth it!
