Seven bucks for a small cup? If I can’t afford it, I’ll just use my salary as a tea bag. Forgive me for not being able to taste the nobility of this tea.

The craze has subsided and I drank "Chicha Sanqian" for the first timeI heard it’s impossible to wait for two hours for the opening~~Today, on a whim, I ordered online and picked it up in store. When I arrived at the store, I saw that no one was sitting at the long table for ten people. It was so good that I...You can actually meet friends you haven’t seen for a long time!Talking about a life of sauce and vinegar, time flies by...Baby milk time~The moment when life takes a breather, even the air is fresh...

Came here on a Friday around 6:30 and waited maybe 20 minutes for my drink. We tried to order online multiple times but for whatever reason the online orders wouldn't work. You order on a machine and it gives you a QR code to scan. From there, you're able to see where you are in the queue and an estimated time your drink should finish.I got the classic bubble milk tea because I figured I should try the original flavor. It was... mediocre. I'm not saying it's a bad cup of boba, but for $8, a 20-30 minute wait, and a standard cup size, this was very very not worth it. This is more of a tea focused drink rather than the sugary milky bobas you get at other places, but even though I like tea focused drinks, I didn't think this one was any special. I also felt that the boba was just okay, nothing stood out for this drink other than the fancy cup/rope they serve it in.Everyone has their own preferences for boba, but this was not mine at all. Given that, I think you should still give it a try and determine for yourself.

The tea is great, with great variety and options for almost any dietary restriction. The place is super busy on the weekend, and the wait time is extremely long. 30 minutes for making tea when almost every ingredient is prepared in advance is quite weird to me.If you can, just order online and come for a pickup, or go get udon soup next door while you wait..

They offer tea tastings here where they teach you about the tea and how to brew it, ending with a complementary tasting session. Alisa was our server and she did an amazing job!

Alisa provided the Chicha San Chen Lishab Oolong Complimentary Tea Tasting experience. Excellently conducted, with finesse, clarity of speech, and engagement. Clearly well practiced in her presentation and knows how to make guests feel welcomed. The tea was fragrant and excellent overall.

Alisa provided a superb educational experience at the tea tasting. Learned a lot about how different types of oolong are roasted and picked. We also had one extra person and appreciated that she was able to squeeze us in.

This is my third time here and it's so good! I usually like to order online just because the line is super long but we were next door and their online ordering isn't opened I til 11:45AM. We were in line at 11:29AM and there were already about 8 parties ahead of us. It went by super fast and they welcomed us with a sampler of their hot milk tea. We ordered the fruit tea and Mango Osmanthus Oolong Tea with boba. Their boba is nice and soft but not too soft! We wanted to add boba to the fruit tea but they don't allow you to because it already has fruit bits. Both were so refreshing! Inside was spacious and clean even though it's super crowded.

Not saying its worth a 2.5hr wait but definitely a solid spot for milk tea! And is actually one of my favorite boba shops in the Bay at the moment.Compared to a couple months ago, there is no longer a huge line up outside the store. Maybe because the hype died a bit and they have more measures in place to prevent the long line by ordering online, kiosks to order and having the wait time for your drinks posted in front. You can also order online now via snackpass to avoid waiting in line to order. My favorite drink here is their Classic Milk Tea, but I recently tried their seasonal drink , Classic Milk Tea w/ Taro balls and now its my new go to until they take it off the menu . At 70% sweet and less ice, the milk tea has a good depth and is not too sweet and the boba here is very fresh and not too chewy nor too sweet either. The shop is a decent size, but can get packed during the week, but more so during the weekend with everyone waiting for their drinks.I do agree that price is pretty high at about 8$ / drink, but I think its worth it for a treat yourself type of day:)

ambiance nice. service amazing. they even offer a tea tasting that is reservation based. i will say there is usually a very long line and i personally do not have the patience to wait for tea. we came at opening on a saturday and barely waited as we were third in line and a line quickly formed behind us. you do have to wait a bit to get your drinks. i got the cassia black tea w cream and the honey osmanthus oolong tea. to be honest, i'm not usually a fan of oolong, but i might have just found my favorite all time tea. the honey osmanthus oolong is a refreshing tea flavor and i think it might be the best oolong tea i've ever had. that being said, my boyfriend got osmanthus oolong w oat milk and it was not nearly as good as the honey tea w no milk. the cassia black tea is also really good, definitely want to try the normal black tea next time. they also have samples of their dong ding oolong which was super yummy as well
