Cute breakfast sandwich spot! The interior is very chic and nicely decorated with kpop bops playing in the background at a nice level. There's 7 tables of seating with 2 being high table bar types. Ordering was very fast with a kiosk and also when it gets busy a stuff member takes orders at the table in the front. This place would be so fun to study at with friends with a drink and sandwich. I got the brown sugar hojicha latte and it's really good! You can customize the sugar and ice level as well as milk type. I also go the chic sandwich and I was so surprised. The sandwich is HUGE. The first 3 bites I took were of pure chicken! The chicken is so so juicy and nicely battered. It reminds of the batter used for popcorn chicken. I noticed it's also seasoned. I opted for the spicy mayo and I'm not sure if it was added. I did see traces of mayo but it didn't taste spicy at all. I would've liked more of the sauce. The egg is nice and runny but wasn't so runny that it was a mess which I bet is hard to get right so I was impressed. The arugula by default is a great touch. The bun also tastes good. Would recommend!

I've been to this location two times, and both times, the wait was insanely long. I waited over 30 minutes for an ultimate sando. A couple was sitting in there when I walked in and already had their drinks before I ordered, but we got our food at the same time so I can't imagine how long they waited. However, a family of 3 got there well after I did and got their food before I could finish mine, so the wait times aren't consistent. If I wanted to go before class, I'd have to choose to risk being late or miss class entirely. The food is decent, it's filling for sure so it's worth the price.

I got the spam sandwich. It's huge and packed with flavor. Still not my favorite. Please make ACCURATE OPEN TIMES. I placed an order within the first hour of business and some guy said it wouldn't be done until after that because the cook didn't get his supplies or whatever yet. Also, please keep your drinks cold. I ordered a perrier that I assumed would be cold and I got a warm Kirkland brand soda water. Its not the same. And no, I don't want watered down soda. Again, not the same. I still like the place and I'll come here again, but I wanted to note these things.

Overhyped place I wish I could've liked. The sandwiches are $10+ and then you have to buy fries which is $5+ and a drink $5+... It's about $20+ per person. The sandwich is okay but nothing crazy. Fries are crispy but way too oily. Drinks are whatever. I came here with friends but I wouldn't recommend it nor would I return.

Great food, the buns are handmade and very tasty. Only complaint is the signs they've got up, a crude sign welcome you in and the bathroom signs lead to not a bathroom. First complaint is my personal opinion, but it would take two seconds to fix the bathroom sign problem.

Clean interior with about 4 tables inside, and a few outside. Quicker and more causal breakfast spot to brunch if you're looking to grab something quick. Parking available in the plaza. Brioche bread was airy and paired well. My sandwich didn't feel really "hot", kind of room temperature which threw me off a bit as I like my breakfast sandwiches to be warm when I get them. It's not bad, but also not out of the park special

I came here for matcha and a sandwich. I got my coffee but it took 30 minutes to get my sanwchich because they forgot about it or something occurred, not sure. I got the sandwich but then took 2 bites and found a hair within the sauce and egg. i immediately put it down and didn’t even eat it. Just unfortunate because it was my first time here and i tried calling them 6x and there line kept saying they were too busy to pick up my call.

Got the Eggy and Vanilla latte. The latte was good and as expected. The Eggy I did not realize came in the jar and made it quite difficult to eat. The poached egg did not have a runny yoke, which was sad. Also it said it came with baguette, but it was actually French bread. I know it cuts down on dishes and staff, but I was disappointed that all of my things were in to go containers and plastic when I got for the restaurant. I would not go out of my way to go back, but if someone wanted to go there I'd be happy to try one of their breakfast sandwiches which looked good.

Really good chicken sandwich. Not a fan of arugula but still good. Aesthetics of the place are top notch.

The his was quite possible one of the worst breakfast sandwiches I've ever ver tasted in my life. The quality of the eggs were something like something you'd enjoy in county jail. The bacon was undercooked, the bread was like wasting a pastry, there were no grilled onions(as advertised), and the whole thing was literally swimming in mayonnaise. And all this for 15.00 usd. On top of that, the girl at the counter acted annoyed that I asked for black pepper. You literally can't see through the entrance door due to all the finger prints and filth on the glass and every one of the tables were filthy; sucky with filth, actually. The sandwich was so raunchy, that after one bite I asked for my money back. Just say no to price gouging, and avoid this place if paying 15.00 for prison food isn't something you enjoy doing.

Good but extremely slow. Ordered ahead and still had to wait 30min when we got to the restaurant. Once food finally came out had to then wait for drinks. Probably won’t come back.

Pretty simple place. Want a good egg sandwich? They got that. Ate here for breakfast several days straight and it was a filling and satisfying way to start the day.
