I was not happy that the Erik's Delicafe became during the COVID they didn't put Sprouts. Even the Soups were bad.

One of the hottest days of the year and this place has NO AC. I don’t like sweaty mawfks making my food. Also the water machine is broken so no cold water. I think I’m done coming here.

We can no longer visit this location because of a strong odor of bleach or chlorine. The sandwichs are good but we can't tolerate the smell! I asked the guy what it was and he had no clue. We now just walk up to Legends Pizza, real good.

Below average sandwiches taste horrible I really wish they used sauces instead of having dry meat and veggies.

Sandwich tasted weird. Salami was greyish. I usually like erik's, but probably won't come back to this location.

Sandwich was small and tasteless, if you're a person who like a thick sandwich with flavor this place is not it. For the amount of how much the sandwich cost I was better off going to Safeway deli.

Please do not go to this Erik's Delicafe location. The Kiely Blvd location is 10x better both in terms of the quality of customer service as well as in terms of the high standard of food they serve. That is our go to place for ordering except on days when unfortunately we get hungry 30 mins earlier in the morning at 9.30 am when our favourite location is not yet open. Horrible mistake! We ordered 4 sandwiches for the 4 of us via Doordash and they gave us only 3, horribly made sandwiches in the bag. That’s ok, mistakes happen but they were extremely rude to us on the phone when we called them to explain the mistake! And what? Over a sandwich? Abysmal customer service. From next time I will stay hungry for the next 30 minutes and order from the other locations.

We had them cater one of my work events and they were super accommodating. We were originally going to order online but we realized we needed to make a few adjustments to the bag lunch option. We wanted it more healthy so we swapped out a few choices. Delivery was also very reasonable and prompt. We might work with them again in the future for catering events.

Why are the people at this location always pissed? Even if you are the lone customer there, they won't care about helping you quickly. They seem to have a huge attitude problem. On our doordash order they made a mistake. We paid in full for 4 sandwiches but they gave us 3 INCORRECT sandwiches! And when we called them to get help they were extremely rude and refused to remedy the situation at all. In fact they hung up the phone on us. Completely ruined our morning. Never ever again. This is the worst Erik's location. Do not go here please, go to ANY OTHER LOCATION but not here.

Extremely horrible customer service!! They really do not know how to properly make their orders and NEITHER do they know how to talk to customers so that they will come back. Look at their reviews! So many 1 and 2 star reviews even though we know, that in general, Erik's Deli café is serves amazing breakfast. But I cannot understand how this location is allowed to run like this with such low standards of operation without the main management intervening. Train these people better please! They are rude and very unprofessional!

Don't get me wrong - overall we LOVE Erik's DeliCafe - we just don't like this location. And while it's the closest to our house we definitely will not be coming back here again. Ordered on their website - was VERY specific on "extra goo" on our natural highs and for some reason they read that at "NO goo"!! DRY DRY DRY... sadness. AND I could SEE it on the receipt. Obviously they misunderstood or cannot read. Then my Sea Dog was absolutely disgusting. I've had this before but for some reason the tuna was thin - like a paste. AND no pickles? Isn't Erik's KNOWN for their pickles? We ordered 4 sandwiches and didn't get ONE pickle. So let me explain the situation - went in - three women working behind the counter. One customer at a table, one customer ordering. Two tables that had stuff on it so you get the picture, not overly busy. And as I stated - I ordered online and came at the time they stated. I could understand the mistakes if they were busy.... but they were NOT busy... I'd prefer to wait a bit so they get my sandwiches correctly and tasty. I will go to Erik's but definitely NOT this location. This hasn't been the first time for the disappointment. We try to support local business but this is truly throwing money away and still being hungry and very disappointed.

Super helpful staff, always happy and ready to make delicious sandwiches.

The staves were extremely courteous and polite, and the family-style restaurant is not to be missed.

Had a wrap - subbed pesto for the mustard and it was delish! My cousin enjoyed his sandwich too! The pickle was crisp and yummy. Only complaint was that it took a little long to prep our sandwiches. They are limiting capacity to 50% inside. The tables are marked as cleaned and sanitized and ready for the next guest. It was a little odd that there was no outdoor seating though... so we went to sit outside yogurtland to enjoy our lunches. (Sorry, no photo, too hungry!)
