absolutely best staff in the food industry. top tier customer service, very hardworking and efficient, super nice and genuine people. i go here every day after school, my go to is the sabercat (chicken fried steak sandwich) on french bread no tomato add banana peppers. recommend to all new de anza students. and everyone in cupertino area. best ikes location (ive tried a lot, this one is better than downtown), best sandwich place.

PSA (as of the date of my review): If you order pickup, the prices for this store are $2-$3 more expensive than other nearby locations like West San Jose, Santa Clara, and even Santana Row. For example, the Madison Bumgarner is $17.35 here, but $14.41 at the other locations; the Matt Cain is $15.95 here and $13.25 at the other stores. Just sayin', in case the other locations are about as convenient for you. The prices are more expensive in store as well, but to a lesser degree.I have gotten Ike's at the OG SF location when they first opened in 2007, and thought it was pretty good. But since then, it has gone steadily downhill, and I discovered more savory sandwiches. For specialty sandwiches, I'd say Ike's is not that great. The dirty sauce is pretty sweet if you actually like that. They don't give as much protein as they used to so you'll mostly be eating bread. I would say the quality is as good as a $9 sandwich you can get at a cafe or grocery deli, so they do make it fresh and the ingredients taste of decent quality but it is not worth the price tag imo.They do have a variety of options for vegetarians, which is a plus.The service was fine and they have two unisex bathrooms.

Ordered my delicious sammies online ?. Their online ordering system is a 10/10, easy and simple ??. Arrived and picked up my order, staff were very attentive and friendly. It wasn't busy, THANK GOODNESS! I've had Ikes before but this was my first time to this location and won't be my last ?. The place is literally on a corner, plenty of parking and the store itself has great energy all around. It certainly has a different feel and I mean GOOD VIBES ?. Thank you to the staff who made my 111. menage a trois sammies exactly how I requested it. Would I come back?... Hell yeah I would, this place is on another level ?, try them out!

I really like that they have halal meats. We had the #111 MENAGE A TROIS: Halal chicken, honey mustard, BBQ sauce, real honey, pepper jack, swiss, & cheddar. I really liked this, i added banana peppers on the side. *** And my other half had the #34 Hunter Pence: Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, BBQ Sauce, Honey Mustard, Swiss, Cheddar, Pepper Jack. All sandwiches are served hot with dirty sauce. He didn't like the dirty sauce, said it had an after taste, next time will switch for mayo. This location has inside dining, it's clean and staff were nice.

I had the crew recommended vegan meatball slam or whatever they call it with gluten free bread. The bread was horrible and the sandwich overall was not good. The meatballs were delicious but the serving size was really underwhelming and the sandwich overall was just straight up not good at all. I ended up eating the inside of the sandwich then going home and eating leftovers since the bread was so stale. Overall this place used to be really good, I don’t know what happened to it. I will never eat here again.

Huge, good quality, healthy sandwiches for reasonable prices.Young girl who makes sandwiches is miserable, terrible attitude and doesn't make proper sandwiches as per Ike's guidelines. She is skips ingredients and barely adds any protein for which we're paying full price.I don't shop just because she's there. She needs to be fired.
