I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Kikusushi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Don't hesitate to get it by its outside; it's an old building, but the ambiance was lovely. Even though we were the only customer dine-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu had a great variety of sushi rolls, each one more delicious than the last. I ordered their party tray, which had 28 pieces of nigiri. The sushi was fresh, and the rice had a great texture and seasoning. Highly recommend this sushi restaurant.

They must have changed management. No more atmosphere. I will not return. Very disappointing since I used to eat there often when I lived in Cupertino.

Although it is more like a sushi food court other than restaurant, the fish is very fresh with a reasonable price, taste better than many other sushi restaurants I have tried, my husband and I both like packing several pokes and dons every time we visit.

Best Bara Chirashi bowl at reasonable price around this area! I can’t believe we can get it less than $15! Taste and service are also good.

This is an average place. They are turning it in to a full restruant, maybe then I can give 5 stars?

I hadn't been to Kiku in many years. It's no longer a formal restaurant. More like a mini grocery store and sushi food court. Sushi is 3 stars, similar to what you get at other Japanese grocery stores. It's better than Costco or Trader Joes or Safeway, but not restaurant quality. We ordered rainbow roll, spider roll, seaweed salad, veggie tempura, shrimp tempura, seaweed salad. Plenty of food for 2. Everything tasted OK, but the tempura batter was a bit thick and chewy.Parking: Plenty of parking in front, plus additional parking in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available in front.

We have been going to this Kiku location for 5+ years. It is a shame to see it change ownership and hit the new low we experienced today. We used to visit Kiku 2~3 times a week. After our family got sick from their last December family special, we stopped going as a family. In March I ordered premium chirashi but Uni/scallop were missing and the owner being an AH about it, I stopped going.Today after months of staying away, wife wants some quick so we ordered chirashi. First thing we noticed is all Japanese snacks/goods are gone. Half of the menus are newly added Chinese food for a Japanese restaurant? The real deal breaker is the Tuna obviously are from portions not meant for sashimi and most are not fresh. The scallop especially smelled bad.For serious quality concerns about their sashimi, we won't be dining here anymore.

This is a secret spot in South Bay that I can find Uji Time Ice cream!! The flavors spectrum is quite complete here too. The manager told me that they have been carrying Uji Time ice cream for almost two years already

We’ve bought takeout here four times this year. The food is fresh. We haven’t dined in yet, but the staff seems very friendly. The location is in a quiet and somewhat old part of town.

Fresh sashimi and has contactless order system in place. We were there eating dinner. Ordered Tamago sushi, see urchin sushi, salmon / sea urchin rice set. Price are very reasonable. Definitely go back again.

The staff here is extremely friendly and occasionally stuff is on sale here, around 30% off. It's an extremely good deal since the food here is fresh. The family combo here is also a good deal, it includes appetizers (2), sushi roll (2), bento & donburi (2), and ramen (1) for $55 (you have options to choose from). Also inside there are mini (Asian) snacks you can buy.

Just okay. I'd probably get the same fish quality at Marukai.I ordered the Triple Delights (3 tuna sashimi, 3 hamachi sashimi, 3 salmon sashimi, 1 tuna nigiri, 1 salmon nigiri, 1 hamachi nigiri, 3 tuna maki, 3 salmon maki). The fish quality was just decent.
