Not great, place is run down, boxes everywhere, looks and smells like it needs a good cleaning. I had the ham and cheese baguette. Bread was dry, not stale but not good.

The food is good but the hours of operation are wrong. They're open from 730am-700pm.

What happened to customer service I usually get helped by a friendly young man today a woman middle aged! Very rude but let me begin by first saying no greeting just get my order and ring me up! So I use my card and declined i greeting think ok maybe it's a card we cancelled because it was compromised! So I tell her this I pull out one of mine I know is good with high limit no charges declined I tell her something must be wrong with your POS after using debit card!!! She says so rudely no NOTHING wrong!!! I assure you something went wrong with the POS! Completely unacceptable service talking to the customer that way on top of that! I am in customer service I would not dream of speaking to our clients in that manner!!!

I ordered chicken noodle soup and coffee blend and give you tips. My order take so long while other customers come after me they got their order first. The bed is they not helpful at all. I was choking with my chicken noodle soup really bad step up to ask the guys for cup water to clear up my throat. He didn’t care. The stuff didn’t care either. I come back to my table to take the coffee blend to clear up my throat. My bad experience there . I will not come back to place again.

Quick and easy lunch option in the area. Ordered a grilled pork bahn mi and it was actually pretty good. Good portion of pork that had good flavor, and wasn't overly salty. I would have liked more jalapeño and there was only one VERY thin slice of cucumber- so I think the overall balance of ingredients could have been better. But the bread was good and everything was tasty. Also tried two pork egg rolls that were surprisingly pretty good, but a little on the greasy side. Sandwich was $10.50 and 2 egg rolls were $3.50 so pretty good prices especially compared to what else is nearby. Overall, this is a good lunch option but nothing spectacular. I'll still be back since I work in the area.

Is it me or has Lee's lost it's edge? Sure, it's big and famous but it seems to be going a bit downhill.PRO:- Big location- Good parking- Pork sandwich made freshCON:- $9 for a Banh Mi? Really?!- They ran out of baguettes for sandwiches but NOT for selling- Sandwich made out of the buns are smaller- Store a bit dirtySUMMARY:I remember a very busy Lee's. Always busy, always friendly. But with increasing competition, it feels like they just don't care? More importantly the sandwich was just ok. For $9 I expect more than just and ok sandwich.

Overall, 3.5 stars from me. I've gotten their "mini" grilled chicken combo (chips and a drink) and it was very filling for it being a mini. Bread is made in house (so many reviewers say) and it was definitely one of the best baguettes I've had for a banh mi sandwich! Now the filling is what brings my rating down ... between the pickled veggies and the meat, they were very dry and not flavorful. I was hoping for them to be a little more juicy but I was let down. They also were heavier on the cilantro than anything else and overall the filling was just sort of plopped into the bread. Fast service which explains the serving but that also is a good thing if you're coming for a quick bite. I also have tried their spring rolls, mixed meat (pork + shrimp) and was also not too impressed with them. Pork was bland but they did fill the roll pretty well so 2 was enough for me. Location has plenty of seating, very spacious. Business offers a lot of food options from their sandwiches to egg/spring rolls and more. They have little bento boxes to go and also have grocery items for purchase. Very convenient if in the area looking for a quick bite.

Good sandwich, quick, a little pricey, great in a pinch. Easy to order on DoorDash and pickup.

This is a decent place for a quick bite, but do not expect much more. The service was great, and the sandwich was okay. There was too much lettuce and not enough meat. The bread was good and crunchy, but the cheese slices were the cheap fake yellow cheese that looked and tasted like plastic. The facility was clean, but there are maintenance issues, like a covered urinal in the single unisex bathroom. The paint was rough, with graffiti scratched into many areas by bathroom door. The sandwich shop has an identity crisis going on because of all the items for sale in the lobby. The menu is really much more than sandwiches and overall..... it was just okay. Nothing special, I am sorry to say. There is too little focus on sandwiches, as noted by the identity crisis going on throughout the restaurant.I doubt I will ever return.

The baguette sandwiches are the stars here. Banh mi combination sandwiches are very good. The baguettes are baked in house throughout the day. They have a good crunch and texture, but not a deep flavor complexity. They have a lot of other items on the menu, but haven’t tried them yet.
