Sad to see this place is closed! This place is delicious!! Garlic Mediterranean always hits the spot. Their hummus is really good, and I'm a big fan of their lahmacun. You can't really go wrong with any of their items, but I love the lamb and beef doner items. The falafel is really good too if you want a vegetarian choice! This is a great place to try for some casual lunch or dinner with friends or family.

I got the chicken shish and combo donor. Food was excellent and price was reasonable. I was really impressed with baba ganoush and hummus. Place was clean and service was friendly. If I could request one improvement, would be the garlic sauce. It was okay. I would like more garlic and thicker.

Great food. Love both the lamb and chicken Shish so I always get the combo plate. Their hummus excellent and their pita bread is SOFT--so good together. Both their falafel and European-style fries are delicious.

I came here for lunch this afternoon and it was amazing! My boyfriend and I always drive by this place, so we finally gave it a shot. I ordered their #5 Lamb shish kebab plate and my boyfriend ordered their Lamb/Beef wrap. Didn't get a chance to try their wrap, but I'm sure it was good because it was gone in a couple of seconds. I really enjoyed my lunch! The lamb chunks were super big and tender, their version of the garlic yogurt sauce is also creamier than other places (a plus in my opinion), their pita bread is huge, salad/rice/hummus was good. Overall, good good meal! Restaurant is super clean. Wait time was a good 15-20 minutes. Plenty of parking. They do catering! Will definitely be back for more! I saw that they have lentil soup so I definitely want to give that a try. Come here if you're sick of falafel stop, like us lol.

Good casual eats! This place gets overlooked due to the predominantly asian eateries around this plaza. The food is actually really good they have good fries, and it can be a nice healthy veggie filled option. I'll be back again to try their different menu items

Horrible food ! Especially in Bay Area you will find many good Mediterranean options and these is one of the worst .

Some of the best Mediterranean (Turkish) food I've ever tried. We split the shish kebab combo (lamb and chicken) and some falafel. But what really did it for me was the hummus! Smooth, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. The pita that goes with it was super fresh. We'll definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best Mediterranean food in Cupertino! Super fresh falafel and tender meat. Great hospitality and cozy feeling. Definitely will be coming back soon!

The meat is very greasy and bland. Low quality ingredients, didn't tast as flavorful and tasty for a Mediterranean restaurant. Falafels were pretty decent!

Ever since I went on maternity leave, I made it a goal to bring baby out and meet my husband for lunch once a week. We decided we would try every single eatery in the Marukai Plaza, and this week we happened to roll the dice and try Garlic. It's located in the back left corner of the plaza, and given its location, there's plenty of parking in the area. We arrived 3 minutes after noon, and aside from one other customer wrapping up their meal at a table, there were no other patrons at the time. We only saw one other set of customers coming in as we were leaving. When you first walk in, there is a large digital display on your immediate left showing an expansive menu. What was confusing to me however was that a lot of the pricing had paper stuck over them with handwritten price adjustments, and the entire dessert section was blocked out with paper as well. Not sure why it wasn't electronically modified given its medium, definitely made the place seem a little more tacky and tainted the overall experience a little bit. When you walk up to the counter, you place your order and pay up front. Normally you would be issued a number as your food would be delivered to you, but since there were no other patrons, we immediately sat down with no need for a number card. Inside there are four sets of 4-person tables, and eight 2-person tables. They also have five tables outside, three of which are enclosed in a gated area accessible from both inside the store as well as outside through a small latch gate. Given that we had a newborn, this space was really great to stay away from other people with potential germs. Inside, they had two separate bathrooms, and a hand sanitizer dispenser outside the doors. Overall, the establishment was very clean and tidy. While we were waiting for our food, I went to go pick up utensils, napkins, and some water. This station is located immediately to the right of the register. I have to note how much I appreciate full-sized reusable cups for water. Normally I'm used to tiny plastic cups, so this was a very welcome change. Our food arrived quickly and piping hot. They also included a complimentary basket of warm pita. I ordered #1: Lamb and Beef Dolma Plate, which was quite excellent. It came with a generous portion of meat, rice, salad, and hummus. The food was really good, although my one complaint is that the salad was a bit overdrenched in olive oil, so the pool of oil started to seep into the rest of my food, making everything a little over greasy. My husband ordered #16: I think it was called the five star wrap? It contains falafels and grape leaves. It tasted all right, probably not a repeat order. To be fair, my husband did not read the menu subtext very carefully and he's only so-so about grape leaves. Finally it looks like there is no place to bus your dirty plates, so I think you are to leave your dishware on your table when you leave. Good food, generous portions, clean establishment with thoughtful amenities, and friendly professional staff. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're in the mood for Mediterranean.

Don't eat HERE!!!! Clearly don't care for the safety of there customers as they're still serving Romaine lettuce although there is a clear E. Coli warning from the CDC. I got two plates to go, only to come home and find they have romaine lettuce in their salad. I called them to let them know they're going to poison someone. The employee on the phone said, "so you still going to eat it." Uhhh NO buddy. When asking for my money back the employees started laughing said they don't have time "with this s**** and hung up. I drove back to the store and by the time I got there they had closed the store, so I tied the TO-GO bag to their front door. You know a simple Google search and you could have verified I was telling the truth.

Was nearby with my family and decided to stop by and give these guys a try. To my surprise, specially after reading some reviews here, the food was just ok, nothing too special. You know you had a great meal when you finish eating and know that you will be coming back for more. This was not the case. We ordered hummus, a chicken doner wrap and a lamb/beef wrap. The hummus could definitely use more seasoning, it was bland. Chicken from the chicken doner wrap was not finely sliced, it was actually chunks. That alone made the wrap not as interesting as they promise. The lamb/beef wrap was the best one. The combination was good and it was also the one with more seasoning. The place itself is good and service was good too. Too bad food wasn't memorable.
