A wonderful restaurant, with dishes that are delicious and very homemade flavors. We love the egg coated crape with crispy wanton inside. The pork dishes with rice or noodles are great. The free tea they serve is fantastic. Service at the restaurant is spotty, as only two people were doing everything and super busy.

I went around a week ago, and after thinking about it, I feel like I have to make this post.I have sanitary concerns:1) The waitress was cleaning the floor with gloves on when we entered. Then proceeded to serve the food with the same gloves on, and her thumb was going into the food bowl and touching the food. (Also served us food then went back to mopping the floor.)2) Got beef noodle soup: offal was not washed clean and had hair in it somehow!! Hard to see, but pictures attached.3) Found some sand particles in veggie. (Pic attached.)4) Waitress walked around coughing without covering mouth at all, and also while holding a cup of tea to serve to another table. The food tasted decent otherwise. I thankfully did not get any food poisoning.

Great taiwanese food, love the intestines and trotter rice plate. Good portions too.

I would give a lower rating, but I'm taking into consideration that the reviews show a lot of people like the food here. I'm very open to different foods but the shredded chicken combo plate I ordered was not for me. It was about 50% chicken skin - bright yellow skin with prominent quill spots on it. Again, maybe some people like that. It was also served ice cold, like a salad, with a few peanuts, some jicama pieces, and a couple cherry tomatoes, for $15. I would have asked questions before ordering, but even with me pointing directly at the item on the menu, the person who took my order seemed to have a hard time understanding what I was ordering to begin with. I was the only person in the restaurant but I sat there for at least 15 minutes waiting to order while two people stood behind the counter filling little cups of sauce up. I have now been done eating for at least 15 minutes but I'm still waiting for the check. One other couple in the restaurant now. Guess I will go up to the counter to pay.

Really good roasted duck dishes, good Chinese food and the service is okay. I also like the environment.

I have been here several times. The place is newly open (maybe half year old) with clean, bright and nice interior. Their dishes are much less oily and less salty in general than many other Chinese restaurants. This is good for health. However their breakfast is too healthy to the point of near tasteless. The BBQ pork is one of my favorite though. I have even order it to go (not in the menu, just asked waitress). Their chicken is great too. Pork knuckle is just average. The price is very reasonable.

In an unassuming cafe style restaraunt that has plenty of space, I found the best value roast duck? The ordering is easy , just scan the qr code in the table. They have dim sum like snacks/appetizers ( breakfast food), soup noodles, and are most known for the combo plates. Their soup noodle portions are huge. We got the crispy egg pancake to share, it is basically an egg fried on top of a wrap and lots of crispy sheets inside. Best to ask for their chili sauce ( amazing, it's fresh chilis with chili oil very authentic from someone who eats a lot of hunan food) and put some inside as it can be a bit of plain. It could definitely use some sweet oyster sauce. The fried dough sticks are a bit dry but the soy milk is usually made fresh to order so it can take a while. The roast duck plate was fantastic and $16 which is a decent price for the amount and quality you get considering bay park area. The skin is thin and on the medium crispy, not too heavy on seasoning and perfectly made plum sauce. It can get a bit oily but is perfect with the mountain bowl of rice. The vegetables were tender and not bitter at all, and the tea egg was one of the most flavorful and creamy eggs I've ever eaten. The barbecue pork is super tender and not that sweet, but pairs will with rice and chili sauce. They also gave us a plum date drink that was housemade. Overall, service was great for how little staff there was and the cafe is an unassumingly good Chinese barbecue place. Would come back! Parking can be a bit tight

Authentic tastes and generous portion sizes! For anyone who needs to know - the duck meat vermicelli soup doesn't contain duck meat, it's duck blood and gizzard (maybe a mistranslation on the menu?). The staff very graciously allowed me to exchange for a Henan stewed lamb noodle soup, which was delicious.

Neighborhood Kitchen in Cupertino is the real deal for Chinese grub! Their pork ankle and tripe bowl hits all the right spots. The vibe is cozy and chill, making it a top pick for a laid-back meal. The service was quick as well.

4.5/5 - The combos here may well be the most value meal in the entire bay area. There is an insane amount of meat for $20. You should definitely share this (or split it for two meals). It's pretty yummy too! Got the pig trotter and soy chicken combo. The pig parts were well-braised and melted in your mouth. The soy chicken wasn't dry and the had just the right amount of umami and sweetness.Service was quick and entirely self-service since they have QR codes at each table. The location feels super new and clean as well, with bright, white furniture and a spacious atmosphere.Would definitely recommend coming here for yummy, inexpensive and home-y meals!

The oil tastes so bad, it's like it's been reused.
