The portion is large and filling, but it's salty. You can eat it when you're craving salt-fried chicken, but not necessary at other times.

Had their Minced Pork Bento with bok choy and cauliflower w/ pork as two side dishes. 3rd side was whole tea egg. Their side dishes change on a daily basis from what I've noticed. Minced pork had a sweet gravy. The cauliflower side dish was in a garlic, salty soy sweet sauce. The bok choy had a lighter sauce. For drinks they have boba drinks. They don't serve any sodas. The Chicken Cutlet had a crispy breading with the same side dishes and rice topped with minced pork belly.

I would leave a zero star for the service if I could. The cashier made me waiting for such a long time until I went to her twice and asked for my order to go bento. I noticed that quite a few people behind me had already gotten their food. She knew I was waiting there, and she pretended to neglect my order. I will never come back again.

Food is alright but not worth these prices. They lure you in with a loyalty program but points expire quickly and they don’t really care even if you’re a regular customer. I really want to support local Chinese businesses but it’s frustrating to get bad customer service.

I used to love getting takeout here during the pandemic. I was excited when they separated from Chick & Tea to a more convenient location for me so I went there a lot when it first opened. The grilled squid was a surprise standout for me, absolutely delicjous with the basil leaves and the portion was large as well, which you usually don't see for the more expensive seafood itemd. Of course, the fried chicken cutlet, as a staple in a Taiwanese bento place, was good as well. If you want to switch it up but still get fried goodness, the fried pork cutlet is a good alternative. The cons are that the prices have increased steadily, the side dishes aren't good, and the quality has gone down. Another bummer is that they used to have stamp cards where you can accumulate points for drinks, fried chicken cutlet, etc., but they abolished it to an online system. They even converted our stamp card points when we were already completed one stamp card. I mean, at least honor it if it is finished and we worked hard to get those points. But never matter. It's mostly about my recent visit where the popcorn chicken didn't taste as good as before. Also, I don't recommend the fried fish. It's quite expensive for what it is.There is plenty of indoor seating and a unisex bathroom. Parking is in a small one-way parking lot.

I really liked the bento box pork chop. Prices are slightly high but the portions are very big you may have leftovers.

We tried the A2 Taiwanese chicken cutlet and A3 basil popcorn chicken. Both hit the spot and had a delightfully crunchy exterior which contrasted the flavorful, juicy chicken inside. I've been missing Taiwan and this fulfilled my craving for street food. I thought $12.28 was a bit pricey for the chicken cutlet, but they have large portions and cut it up in a box for you so it's easy to eat. I'll definitely be back for more.

Good portion for value, my favorite is always the grilled chicken bento. Great place for both quick takeout and dining in.

O2 Valley is a fantastic spot for yummy and affordable Taiwanese bento boxes! They're located in a small plaza of restaurants with plenty of parking. Their menu features a wide variety of bento options that are each served with rice, an egg, and 2 side dishes. They also have some fried food options and drinks. I ordered the Minced Pork Rice Bento, which cost $12.98. It came with a good amount of food, and I had leftovers. I thought the taste of everything was pretty good; it wasn't the best Taiwanese food in the world, but it gets the job done. I also liked that they added sauce on the rice so that it also had some flavor to it. My friends have tried some of their options, which they all liked. It's nice that they have several different protein options so that there's always something new to try. I think they also vary the side dishes each day. I'll need to come back in the future to try some of their drinks. The service was extremely quick, and we got our food within a few minutes. They have a lot of indoor seating, so this could be a great spot to visit with some friends. Otherwise, I could definitely see myself stopping by to grab a quick, tasty meal on the go!

The grill sausage (spicy) is worth driving across the South Bay for every time!!! Bento box portion size is enough for 2 people to be honest, and everything in it is delicious. Grill pork chop is even better than chicken cutlet which is a pleasant surprise. I’ve been back twice in 2 weeks and will keep coming.

We went as soon as it opened and it was busy with takeouts already. This is our third here? Food quality is still great. The Thai friend chicken was so interesting. The dipping sauce was good and the fried chicken was so fluffy and crunchy. The friend pork was really great too. As usual the portion is huge! We had enough for dinner as well. Love the variety they give in the bento and the huge portions.

Food tastes really good! And the portion is also big for the price you pay. Highly recommend!

O2 Valley is a solid Taiwanese bento spot with pretty good value for the money. The in-person dining experience is definitely closer to a fast-food joint with free-for-all seating and by default an exclusively QR code experience (service staff are very brusque, food gets sat down in takeout containers no matter what, etc.). So long as you know that going in, you'll be fine; I was not so prepared so it took me a bit to figure out what was happening. You'll have rotating specials and veggies depending on what's cooking, so what I've gotten in the past will likely vary a bit going forward. Between my brother and I, we had two bentos with the fried chicken cutlet and Taiwanese sauage. Generally fresh and popping, with everything done simple but clean (in terms of flavor). The thing I wasn't too fond of was the chicken texture as it was rather powdery and middle of the road dry. However, otherwise this seems like a great place to be dropping by when I'm in need of a quick and dirty meal that's not too obscenely pricey/unhealthy.
