I went to the shop to purchase the Broccoli Cheddar Soup Group which is $25. Before placing the order, I asked the staff there what I would get with $25, I was told I would get two small cups and one big cup of soup. When my order came, I only saw one big cup of order. I then asked the staff (the previous one is no longer there) what happened, they insisted $25 is only for one big cup of soup + the loaf.I felt cheated since I asked for clarification before making the purchase. One cup of soup for $25 seems very expensive to me. We usually order the family feast for $35.66, it comes with one big cup of soup, two cheese sandwiches, two other sandwiches, plus loaf. Does this mean I can get four sandwiches for $10??

Panera is good as usual, but they’ve clearly gone above and beyond to make sure people work off their batteries and leave. The few once-was outlets have been covered with black metal plates. There are a few outlets available but they’re a bit isolated and highly coveted.

Meeting expectations, not more, not less.

Ordered a Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken, and a Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt. Both tasted good, but were dissapointing. The bowl was only about an inch deep, so very little food. The chicken melt had NO MEAT! Not a single bit. Maybe the cook forgot the most important ingredient? Basically paid $15 for bread and a bit of salad.

The serving size is too small compared to what is shown on doordash.Breads were stale/ impossible to chew. Good enough to give pain to the jaw.I won't recommend it.

Good food usually, but I got chicken with my veggie sandwich this time. When I asked the manager, she was pretty rude about replacing it as against apologizing!

A wonderful place to do work or meet up with people. There are outdoor tables by the entrance facing the parking lot and more outdoor tables by the exit doors facing the street.I love the layout inside. It is much cozier and brighter than most Paneras. There's a couple alcoves and different seating areas. Also some bar seats facing the kitchen where you can watch them make bread. The only downside to this location is there are not many outlets. An employee said they had 3 but I am not sure he spoke on good authority because I found another one afterwards. Well, the other thing is it's sometimes hard to find parking and the spaces are tight so a lot of cars back up into the spots.Like most Paneras, they have their chill Panera Playlist played across stores and switch their coffee regularly, every 75 minutes to 2 hours.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt - Stacked Toasted Baguette was good. Would have been nice if it was warmer. The self order machine would not take virtual pay so we had to order again with an attendant after standing in line. Prices have jumped up a lot lately, I don't think a sandwich made with 3 buns some ham and a little chicken is worth 14 dollars.

Panera has really gone down hill the last few years. From their new terrible baguette recipe to their over watered down soups. Seems like they are cutting corners at every turn while raising prices. I don't mind paying more for quality but to lower quality and raise prices is unacceptable. The broccoli cheddar soup used to be delicious, now its just watered down and not very flavorful. Then to charge me $13.99 for a small subpar sandwich is outrageous. Sad to say but today was my last visit to this franchise. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
