Based on the photo in their menu, I ordered their seafood soup to go because it looked awesome. When I opened it, there were 3 tiny shrimps instead of three large juicy prawns like on the photo, absolutely no squid, unlike those 4 juicy pieces of squid on their menu photo, 3 over-boiled piece of salmon, that literally tasted like cardboard because they were overcooked, and a bunch of cheap fish balls that are jot even in the photo. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and most likely a long time ago, and they DO NOT reflect the reality of what you get today. This restaurant cuts the corners and deceives their customers, I can’t recommend it unless you like to be lied to.Another thing to note: I ordered a take out and they told me to wait 10-15 minutes and they would call me, so I sat in front of the register, but 20-25 min passed and I went to check on my order because it was way too long, and there it was: sitting on the take out table inside their kitchen, but nobody even had a remote thought to notify me that it was ready. Excellent service! They charge you for the take out plastic as well, so I guess I was “lucky” they did not build-in tips into their price like other pho restaurants are doing these days.

I stopped in for an early lunch. Service was fast and friendly, food was served quickly, and everything was very tasty. I will be back.

Very nice owners and staff. Attentive service. We can't eat there since they told us they add MSG to all of their meat dishes. Also, their Vietnamese food is not typical. The grilled chicken comes saturated in a heavy, reddish curry-like sauce and their fried rolls are very peppery, for some reason. They really need a new cook who will make the classic, lighter grilled and mildly seasoned Vietnamese cooking we prefer, without the added MSG and omitting all of their current heavy cooking sauces and strong seasonings.

I've been here a few times. For dine in and take out. Typically get the chicken pho, spring rolls or brisket phi. All are delicious. Generous portion. Quick service.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly place. Nothing specifically for kids but a casual enough environment that the little ones will be comfortable. Saw quite a few families with kids last time I went.

My family and I loved coming here more than once a week but the service is horrible. We were charged for 3 soups and 2 drinks but never received the drinks because they claimed it's not on the system. We were there one hour and in that whole hour I asked 4 times about our drinks and nothing was ever said, they wanted us to pay for the drinks again which is ridiculous. Previously my mom had received her soup with a piece of the receipt in her soup and we understand things happen but every single time we've came (6 of us loyal customers) we have issues with the service. Hire a new staff if you want this restaurant to stay open

This is simple and easy Pho place. If you want fast and sort of fusion, then this is the place to go.Here is my scoring card for this restaurant:1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking.2) Decoration : (3 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean.3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive but still a little bit pricey compare to other same stars and type food they serve4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is ok, food taste is good and portions are below average . ( must be inflation )5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 3 point) - The style of Vietnamese food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in Vietman. Not bad! But some dishes did have slightly modify to cater the customer's needOverall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. Update 12.17.23.This pho hoa is definitely better than the de Anza one, and it's cheaper too. I ended up downloading the app and getting a few gift cards. I order through the app maybe two to three times a week now, and the steak and brisket pho I get is only $13.95 before tax. definitely cheaper than the de Anza pho, and it's crazy because the quality of all the ingredients is better too. Also, through the app rewards, I seem to get almost one free egg roll every time I go in. Makes me very happy ?. Service is good too. Since my last post, I have basically not had to wait more than one or two minutes after arriving to be able to pick up my order. This place is awesome!I tried two different pho hoas, this one on homestead, and the one on South de Anza.Homestead one it's a little more expensive. Around $18 for a regular after tax. I'll split it between meals or split half as a meal and half as a snack later because I'm poor for now lol. I'm not a huge eater, so the amount this homestead one gives is enough for around 2 meals for me. Service was a little bit slower though, but might be because I went at a busier time (~1:20pm)The one on South de Anza is a little bit cheaper. Around a $16 after tax. Definitely not enough to split between meals. But the service is much quicker. It has always been ready and waiting for me as soon as I arrived.

On their website it said $12 for regular chicken noodle soup but it's actually $14. The taste was okay, too much raw onions.
