Update.... they are afraid of calling out names. Then lie about it. I was sitting at the end of counter. They are giving out grande cups as venti. When questioned, they put your same drink in the bigger cup and add more milk foam. That is cheating the customer.

I ordered on the mobile app for pickup in store. Usually, for other chains it can take 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready, but otherwise the estimated time of completion is accurate on the mobile app. It took me about 10 minutes to drive over to the store but when I arrived, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes in store for my order. I get that it's a weekend morning, but there was a crowd of people waiting in the pickup area for their orders. That tells me their process is probably not very efficient and/or they're severely understaffed. For a wait of about 25 minutes for a coffee, I recommend getting it elsewhere.

Been coming to this Starbucks because it's literally right next to me. Been coming here for the past 2+ years now. I've seen staff come and go. I think it's probably because they may be students. Not exactly sure but I know a lot of people hate on this location. Not because the drinks are bad or anything but the wait times during certain hours are horrendous. I've been in that line plenty. When the app says 9-12min wait but ends up being 30min. I've seen this place with a huge crowd of people waiting for their drinks. It is what it is though. They have their busy days and at at the same time their light days. Can't fault the employees. Everyone has been nice to me.Giving an average score just because there's nothing to complain about. Nothing stands out besides the drinks seem to be consistent at this location. That means no matter when you go or who makes it. It's always the same sweetness which I think is a plus. But all in all, It's Starbucks. American standard for coffee.

As someone who worked in food service I'm shocked they have milk sitting on the counters for people to use. They aren't labeled, they are in containers to keep them cold. This is a health hazard. I don't care how busy it is, milk needs to be kept in containers to keep them cold/from spoiling.

Why is it so hard to pack a straw? I've ordered multiple times and they never put a damn straw not even when asked and added notes come on

Location is great! The store has a spacious interior. Great for laptop work and/or meeting up. There's no drive thru. Unfortunately, this location gets 1 star (would give zero stars) because it is "slow". There's no sense of urgency to keep the line moving or make/give the customers their orders. Other reviews have stated similar observances. If you're in a rush- McDonald's would be able to make your coffee / drink faster.

gave this place a few tries and gave the workers the benefit of the doubt but they somehow mess my order up every time i’ve ordered wether it be through the mobile app or in person. and when you try to ask them about your wrong order they play stupid like they don’t understand or are just straight up rude. there’s only one worker i’ve seen ever actually respond to me and help me, everyone else had the worst attitude i’ve ever seen in any starbucks.

This is one of the worst locations. The family and I went here every week during the summer since it's on the way to the beach. Never again though.The baristas are rude. They don't acknowledge your existence with a greeting or even a "thank you". We ordered a Dragon Fruit drink with maximum number of dragon fruit on the mobile app and only revived about 10 of them. Yes, there so little I could count them. Whereas with other locations, there are so much dragon fruit that we would need a spoon to finish the drink. We also ordered the Americano with extra ice, barely an ice in there. Add about an additional 20 to 30 minutes into the time the app says the drinks will ge ready.

They consitantly get the drinks wrong. Even if you do a mobile order, it often seems they do not read the label. Furthermore, I've also gotten drinks were the cup isn't fully filled. If you try to request the staff to remake the drink due to the error they have made, some of them speak very rudely. 10% of the staff are nice, but some of the other staff make you feel like they don't care and are just plain rude.
