on March 12 , We, my husband and I shopped at Wholefoods in Cupertino. We are seniors: 79 ( disabled) and 80. We wanted to buy something to eat for dinner. 1.At the food counter there was no one. One team member, no mask, came over. We asked her to wear a mask as we are in the risk group, but she would not. We know the rules , however, we strongly believe that if elderly and disabled people ask someone, who works with food, and breathes on food, to wear a mask, while serving a customer., the request should be respected and not dismissed. 2. There were many mask wearing working personnel around, but none took care of us. We waited for more than 10 minutes , please bear in mind that I am disabled and standing is an ordeal for me, before someone finally came. This took place only after we asked for the store manager. 3. I have written, called , emailed Wholefoods all in all 7 times. Got an impersonal reply saying that someone from the Cupertino store would be in touch. Two weeks have passed, and no one bothered to call us. We are quite disappointed with the service at Wholefoods. In the past, before Amazon took over, service was way better. We hope someone will give us a call at least as a token of respect, and that customer service will attend to our complaint and improve the service.

The wide range of Fresh and dry food available at this place is quite mind boggling. They also have many stations with a variety of cooked food selections, offering hot foods, cold food, salads, desserts etc. there is a sandwich counter, dosa counter, dessert shoppe. And everything is pretty good too !!

Chicken burrito and nachos were good

Burrito was of good size and a little blander then the other contender in this style of burritos (chipotle). Cheaper than most other Whole Foods lunch options.

The other day I ordered at The Deli two California Sandwiches. They made them quickly, I went to pay at the counter and we ate our lunches in the nice cafe sitting area. it was my first time there since July 2018 as I fell and broke my femur, tibia, ankle. I was able to go shopping at Whole Foods for the first time with my cane and I felt safe and cared for. Good mobility and space to move about with a cane and sit in chairs with lots of room. Thank you so much!

The Whole Foods restaurant in Cupertino is located inside the market to the far right side of the store as you enter. There you will find food bars with a wide selection of hot preparations, soups and a separate salad bar area. Choices range from Mexican, Italian, Chinese to sushi, pizza, sandwiches, fried chicken or BBQ.... There is also a sandwich counter and a display case to choose desserts. There is enough of a variety for practically everyone... the food is usually acceptable to pretty good (but sometimes not so good) and never outstanding.
