Amazing food. Shaved ice was okay, and the woman told us what was bad so that was cool. But, they have some of the best ice cream I have ever had so that makes up for it.

Located near Ranch 99 there are a few little counter service places in the same location. Great for picking up chicken meets rice and a boba! You can order from iPad or at the counter and it comes out decently fast. They also don't charge extra for multiple kinds of toppings.

Located left side of 99 with chicken n rice and noodlosophy. Got the padan egg waffle (also had ube flavor) for $5. Nothing "wow!" about it since it's just an egg waffle. THe building looks like it was an extra empty space so they just occupied it with togo food. There's only 1 tablet kiosk though and only good if you need to grab a quick bite. Not sure about the other items they had, but I'd go somewhere else for dessert or boba.

It's a 0 if possible! Sooo flavorless shaved ice, Oreos tasted stale, milk tea tasted soo generic for "Hokkaido milk tea", and steamed are still cold in the center.Sacramento branch was way better!

A friend and I stopped by here as we did our shopping errands! Vampire Penguin is located in the EAT UP! Food court with plenty of seating area for big groups and families. Had a handful of people come through here for their work lunch breaks. We ordered the Vietnamese coffee with egg foam, which has the perfect amount of caffeine and sweetness! It came in a super cute egg jar to bring home. I talked to the workers, and learned about the egg jars before ordering!Highlights:-Instagrammable-Quick & efficient service-Tasty boba-Easy parking

Vampire Penguin on S De Anza Blvd Unit 103 is within walking distance of my Cupertino workplace. My go-to refreshment is the 49ers Shave Ice, which is exactly what it says it is: a sugar explosion. The ice was shaved perfectly, and the flavors were spot on. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and they will thank you for patiently waiting for your order, which will enhance the overall experience. You can also place a contact-less order. Overall, I strongly recommend Vampire Penguin for their high-quality flavors.

Love the many options and the milk teas plus coffee drinks they have! Highly recommend especially with contactless ordering.

Came to this place after Chicken Meet Rice. Shaved ice came in tiny portions, Togo container made it difficult to eat. Very expensive for the amount. There are so many better options for shaved ice in Cupertino. Will skip this next time.

I usually try to give everything a try, but this place was not my cup of tea. I got the mango milk tea, but it wasn't fresh. It was very syrupy, even when I ordered less sweet. Couldn't finish it due to it. This is comparable to Tapioca Express, if anyone remembers it. Not my cup of cha.

I ordered the Halo halo shaved snow for $10.The Red bean & white bean undercooked? It wasn't soft and tender, Jackfruit taste wasn't good ...not like the jackfruit. 2"/5 Honey Rose milk tea for $6.26 2.5*/5 only Rose tea with milk no toppings. I didn't like the taste ..not good combination! it not my favorite. I think black tea , Thai tea or jasmine tea much better than the Rose tea. . Honestly the shaved ice and the drinks weren't good . Wasted my money..

Most pathetic shaved snow. Just crumbles of flavorless ice with stale toppings. Complete waste of $8. The other spots in the food court are solid though!

Pretty decent drink and dessert spot in the Ranch 99 food court. A couple of things - when we were there, only one person was working, so it was a tad slow compared to other places, and then my drink had a slice of lemon in it. That's a bit of a pet-peeve of mine cause of the seeds and how the flavor can easily overpower the drink.

The service is subpar and the tea is artificial tasting. I got the osmanthus tea w/ salted cream.
