Owner does not read Google reviews: They still have the skimpy paper napkins in dispenser. Still charging unbelievable price for extra hoisin sauce. Now they deep fry the duck skin in other than duck fat, cut it up & serve it w/ the duck: it no longer has ANY duck flavor. Duck meat was good, but not the same without the tasty skin. Still only offering the thin crepe like pancakes with which to eat it, everyone having to handle the whole stack to peel them off.The skewers are tasty but expensive as there was less than a teaspoon of meat on the lamb skewers. We ordered the ducks the day before, so that came out right away. Ordered the string beans the minute we arrived, but didn't get the til just as we were getting ready to leave.Whole experience was not helped by the amount of noise in the place. We only went back this time because it was requested by son on his birthday.P.S. they use robots to serve the food, so price per person was without tip!

It's cool to have a robot deliver the meals but some dishes are a bit salty.

Waiters tried to speak Chinese to me when I don’t really know it and all the signs and menus on display were in Chinese - felt kind of out of place. Skewers were also not outstanding. However the atmosphere was

The decorations are pretty good, and some of seatings are good for group gatherings. The order and service are through digital and robots which are pretty cool. The skewers we ordered are tasty. The dalu noodle is dry noodle mixed with sauce and few wood ear and bean curd skin. The only thing we feel odd and out of place is the cups, which look so cheap and have strange paint over them. We dare not use them for drinking. Will recommend you bring your own cup or water!

Peking duck was dried and not flavored enough. They only served one sauce plate for the whole duck. I asked for more hoisin sauce because there were much meat left but they said we needed to extra $5 for the sauce. The duck was $80 and they only served one sauce! And we already paid extra $5 to have the bones fried in salt and pepper way, however, it was not tasted salt and pepper. The whole thing didn't taste good. It didn't worth for this price. I looked at the menu again and found out that they even charged people for chili oil and sesame oil. Tbh, if I can give 0 star, I'll give 0. Highly not recommended!!! Very disappointed!!!

Everything was very tasty, but after the tofu skin, my mother had stomach poisoning and now she feels very bad.

We visit this restaurant at least twice a month. Love their bbq skewers which are not too spicy and good taste. They also have Beijing duck and many other food choices. Most of time the robot serve the food so no tips needed. The waiter is very friendly and quick.

There's a sign that says no tip necessary which explains the negligence of the employees. It would've been nice if they took away some of our empty plates but it is like that in a lot of places in Asia, where they just clean everything after you're done. The workers were all nice when we talked to them and asked them questions though. The skewers were okay, nothing special. We got the boiled fish with sour cabbage and the portion and taste wasn't that impressive. The inside is nice, spacious and they have an open tank with fish inside. The price is about the same as most south bay skewer places I have been to. They were out of most noodles when we went and some dishes even though it wasn't that crowded. The food came fast.
