Crazy how you spend $20 in drinks and ask for easy ice and they skimp on the amount of drink and give me a lot of ice. Employees were rude and asked I wanted to add more ice. 1 star for the female shift lead.

The place where they put the cookies, is really dirty, it has not been cleaned in a very long time. Zoom in the picture, disgusting. If this is the glass showcase, how would be the kitchen?

I went here during the day on a Sunday. It seems to be a very popular place. A lot of people came while I was drinking a drink inside the store, but unfortunately it didn't suit my taste at all. This place seems to sell drinks that are a bit different. I couldn't drink the drink properly at all and had to spend some time there. People who just want regular coffee should not come here.

Used to love getting summer mint here but the last few times I’ve been here , they have not been putting the mint leaves inside… kinda the point of the drink

Your gift card packs are so ugly. They look like business cards. The pack only comes with 1 envelope and not an envelope for each gift card. How do I give them out as a gift when they look like a business card without the envelope? Please find a better designer.

I would have given this place 5 stars at it is close to home, the flavor is good, boba is soft 8/10 times (some days it taste like old boba but most of the time the softness is on point). The reason I give it 3 stars is because when I order the coffee no ice for the first time, it is half a cup. I know this place has more ice than other locations but THIS MUCH more ice is not something I can absorb. When I bought milk tea at places like Orobae or Omomo, the regular ice just have a bit ice and if you order no ice, it comes out 80% of the cup (or 90%). At this 7 leaves location, the no ice option is 50% . See the pics for yourself. And the price is quite similar, so I feel being cheated??? Anyway, I am going to stop coming here. I am not stingy for a few drops of boba, but I hated being cheated or tricked. The customer service is good.

Stopped by to add to my coffee hopping adventure and hopefully take a meeting inside. Customer service was awesome - made a great recommendation that I am absolutely in love with now - their house coffee hits top 10 on my list! It is SO SO good, I crave it!!! Ambiance is great, clean and inviting. I can see people posted to meet up with others or to get business done with their electronics. I ended up taking my meeting at one of their tables outside because the line got pretty long and crowds were loud. Would definitely recommend!

The teas here are great! My favorite is the strawberry hibiscus tea, but the sunset passion and summer mint are great as well. Service is quick and the inside of the cafe is nicely decorated.

We love going to 7 Leaves cafe when we get a chance. This location was great. Very spacious inside and clean. We ordered the Sea Salt Foam Jasmine tea iced and Taro milk tea hot. The orders came out fast and employees were friendly & helpful. Both drinks were so good, especially the hot Taro milk tea. I usually get taro milk tea iced, but hot was delicious. They have pastries as well to snack on if lounging or even studying. They also have a patio area outside with tables. Come check this place out if you're near. Happy Nom Nom!
