This is a well-managed, clean place. Service is friendly and you can tell management makes an effort to make the place inviting.Flavors are always on point and price is reasonable.Plenty of parking in a safe area.

I ordered the most amazing heart shaped birthday cake. Beautiful and yummy. I bought the largest one ( for 10-12 ppl) and could easily feed 15 people. They have excellent customer service and made sure I was able to make the changes needed to the cake.

Don't come here and waste your time. Store scheduled to open at 11 and still no one shows up 15 minutes after. We can see an employee sitting in the car. Wasted my time because it's a scheduled pick up of as special order cake.

The staff at this location are what makes this the best B-R in the area. We usually only stop in to get special occasion cakes but sometimes come for the deals as well. This location is always clean, prompt, helpful, and generous with our kids. They never hesitate to give extra promotional giveaways, birthday cake hats, or requests for customization.

Ok so this is a bit frustrating. I came here last week because I was craving a cappuccino blast and the employee told me they can't make it because they're out of milk. Today I went again a week later and ordered a cappuccino blast and again the employee said they are out of milk, I asked them why they do not stock up on milk and he replied that since it's slow they don't carry a lot of milk on hand? I'm sorry when is milk so unaffordable that they can't carry more then a few gallons? I should ask if i can bring my own milk next time so I can finally get my cappuccino blast! So annoyed because I made the drive here twice!!!

Baskin- robins at 9:40pm it already closed up the location while it's post to close up at 10pm dark inside I'm going call going to call corporate and let them know what's going on
August 2021 There were two people in front of us. One awaiting their order, the other ordering and paid cash. The BR employee accepted the cash, did not sanitize (nor wearing gloves) after and "helped" us. Also not wearing a hair cap but IMO the length would justify the need for it. If not an issue for you, proceed with caution otherwise skip and go elsewhere. Lots of places with better tasting treats that have better sanitization.

We've been going to this Baskin-Robbins once or twice a month for many years, but tonight was our last trip. We got 2 sundaes, which cost $11.98, which is expensive, but we understand that their business is down--in fact, that's one of the reasons we went there tonight. We wanted to patronize locals. But the $1.78 extra for the topping and even worse, the $1.58 for the cherries makes me feel like their prices are excessive. Nice people. Good ice cream. But, we're done with them. They are taking advantage of their customers.

Love this Baskin-Robbins location! It's conventiently located in the corner with lots of parking. Great customer service and lots of flavors and drinks to choose from the menu. My kids love going here and each time we go the staff members are always patient and nice!

I love ice cream and anytime I can I walk into a baskin Robbins for my Rocky road sundae. Well this time I was very disappointed. No rocky road, guy was pretty rude about it as well. This location definitely needs to really consider if they are wiling to lose customers in times like this. Don't think ill be returning to this location :(
