second horrific experience at this same location. I ordered a combo and a kid’s meal. When I got to the window, the total was way off so I asked him to clarify. He told me the price of the combo, and it was $3 higher than posted. He wouldn’t honor it, and got super short with me. He told me they were busy inside and he couldn’t talk. I made him answer my questions. He said that somehow, all the combos are all the same price, somehow, no matter what size, meat, or number of patties…obviously he said this to get me to leave. He also would not provide a managers name or number, nor the franchisee’s information and told me to “Google it”. His name is Dago. If you see him, good luck.

I love Carl's Jr and work late some nights, and when u get to your location 10 mins before they close and u get and see them in there still working and functioning.... And they don't serve u... , THATS MESSED UP. I even got off after going thru the drive-thru to take a picture of them. She just smiled about it. I get that u guys wanted to go home already and have everything clean to walk out the door, BUT IF YOUR STORE IS OPEN UNTIL 12am , then u should honor that, I know the Owner of that store, whether a franchise or not, wouldn't want to pay u your full hours work pay when your denying profit from potential customers coming to buy BEFORE YOUR TECHNICALLY CLOSED. I ran that drive thru at 11:50 and was just screw u vibe , we're going home.

Typically I only go to Carl's for one thing. The Breakfast Burger. But today was super busy, and I needed to eat fast.. and cheap... Well, scratch the cheap part. Carl's is anything but cheap. But, against my better judgment I ventured into Carl's on Cerritos. The two ladies who seem to rotate in the mornings were not there. Actually they're typically the only two I ever see in the building. Today is was Dago... and let me tell you Dago was not happy to see me. Dago was not happy to be seeing anyone. Dago has to be one of the most unfriendly, unwelcoming fast food employees I've ever came across. Look Dago, I get it. Being at work is cutting into your gaming time. How are you going to become a level 5 Wizard if works keep getting in the way? I understand the job might not be glamorous, but it's work... and lets be honest it isn't even hard work. I tell you my combo number. you aske me what size. I tell you. We make standard chat. you give me the change. call my number. i leave. Its a formula that has worked for generation. But Dago... he just cant be confined to society. Dago's entire persona screamed screw the man and defund authority! which authority? any and all! I'm mad but i dont know why I'm mad. I'm Dago... why are you here trying to buy lunch. Dago thanks for the cold, indifferent attitude. You're the reason fast food will switch to being completely automated. If you want to be rude and pretentious i'm sure there's a game stop hiring somewhere. Thanks for the lukewarm food slopply shoved in a bag with a wad of napkins on top. You're certainly on your way to big things with your attitude. The ladies in the mornings. You both are amazing! keep up the good work. I'll going strictly back to Breakfast Burgers in the morning. I would hate to interrupt Dago sulking.

The 4 hour old burger at AM PM's self serve counter is WAY better than the burger I received. The bun was as crunchy as a cracker the pickle was almost as big as the hamburger patty was.. SAVE your MONEY GO SOME WHERE ELSE.
Wow very bad reviews at this place.... But without reading the reviews we came here today. No issues my food was good. But I have noticed hardly any customers. Makes me wonder lol
