I just went by there because I thought in the commercial western bacon cheeseburgers were $5. So I found out they're $7 and some change. But since I haven't had one in a while I went ahead and got it anyway. However was disappointed because it had no tangy BBQ sauce at all. I think that's what gives it a good taste, so that went out the window. I think I'll just avoid such places.

I tried using the app at 2 locations to take advantage of the stars I’ve earned for a free sandwich. I received order numbers and confirmations but the orders did not go through and since I had to order at the window I could not use my points/stars. Seems fishy that you can earn points but can’t use them. The app should have an option to use points at the window in case the app does not work like it should.
