I never post but I had to today. This morning I ordered a bluetox on the app. I arrive but remain in my vehicle briefly to answer work emails. I can see there's no one in the shop besides the worker. I proceeded to go inside for my drink. I'm asked to show proof that it's my drink via the app which I've never had to do at any other location. Then I questioned the drink itself because it's not blue like the photo the worker proceeds to tell me I ordered it without spirulina and tries to show me the receipt. I said I just clicked on the app I didn't make any changes to the drink and I checked out, mind you I used a $5.00 coupon I had received...but OK if I made a mistake, please make me a new bluetox drink, she proceeded to tell me it's fresh as she dump the drink back into the blender. I'm the customer please make me a fresh drink, she's wants to go back and forth with me about making me a new drink. She said I saw you outside in your truck when I was making this one?? So then why you needed me to prove to you this was my order when I walked in and asked for the drink. I decided that I would leave, the interrogation from the beginning was whack. The lack of customer service truly unbelievable for a place that is about wellness and chill. I decided to go back in and said, could you please make me a new drink? She wants to call her boss the owner to look at the camera and tell me that it's a fresh drink I just left it was too much negativity for $9 at 8am. I'll never go back to this location, sadly this is my home store so now I have to wait until I'm in Huntington or Costa Mesa to get my drinks those location are amazing.

I came in today (3/13/24) there was 5 people ahead of me I order my smoothie waited I was on call so I didn't pay attention of the time after I clicked I looked at the time 30 mins had passed waiting for 1 drink.. and mind you there was still 2 people ahead of me. Me and another customer wanted our refund back the manager on the phone still asked why!! Really why no you tell me why you leave a new associate by herself in the store. I was not rude what so ever I just wanted my refund and get out.. she still have a lot of more people in the store waiting for their orders.. the associate was doing her best.. management you should do better!!

They came in with 15 minutes until closing and the guy inside was really helpful maybe in my mail madness and strawberry wild. Both of them taste great and I will definitely come back here whatever in the area. I'll order online next time because you have more options to enhance your drinks if it's your first time going here and don't know what to add to your smoothie.

Juice it up is located in the city of cypressThe ambiance is kind of ehhhh in mean the people that work there looks like they don't like working there they feel kind of forced to greet people as they come in and I asked a few questions and they weren't that helpful The drinks itself is pretty much what you would expect pretty basic stuff but overall my experience fell kind of short

I loved this juice shop!! The franchise, Juice It Up, is not as big as Jamba Juice but the quality at Juice It Up a lot better. I got the strawberry wave and my girlfriend picked the mango deviation.

I like the décor here. The sandía loca smoothie contains Tajín, which is just not my kind of flavor? I just thought I’d try it since I frequent The Shops at Cypress Village for another restaurant
