Went in to try a new place. We ordered the calamari and it was way over cooked. It was like trying to eat a piece of rubber. The fish n chips basket wasn't any better. The breading on it was over cooked also and biting into it was trying to bit I to a rock. Was not impressed with the food especially for the price that I paid for everything. I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant

Quick turnaround between ordering and the food being ready to go. The halibut Fish and Chips was very good.
Been eating here for years and they have always had the best food. Taste, quantity and quality. Well not last night. I hope this was a fluke but we were hit by shrinkflation. The fish in our salmon bowls were thin dry and stale. I doubt it was 3 ounces of fish. It also had a fishy taste which means it was not fresh. The rice quantity was cut by 1/3 and their world famous steamed broccoli was under cooked. The carrots were fine and there were plenty of veggies. I come here for the quality of the food. I'm ok If you need to raise the price but don't cut the quality. I would pay more for your food the way it was. As a matter of fact I always tip to support them so they stay in business. Ordered take out here a lot during the lockdowns to keep them in business. Not sure if I'm even going to buy food here again, it was that bad. What a shame because this place had the best fast food style fish.

This Restaurant always makes me Happy.2022-08-26Cashier Jimmy recommended a Galley Beef Burger?.So I made sure with him to push a Hamburger, didn't it?He replied that Quality & Quantity was very Good !He was the First Person to talk in this Restaurant and his Attitude was very Nice, so I was a kind of a Royal Customer at this Nice Restaurant. Anyway, I did not see him for a Long Time because Time was different between Jimmy's shift and my visit there. Now I understand a Reason so I will try to visit there at different times.---2022-08-17Eric is a Very Marvelous Cook!! ️He Grills Fish that look Very Beautiful & Delicious!! ️I really like Watching His Great Cooking!! ️Please look at my Several Photos.---2022-08-21The cashier, Jimmy, recommended the Galley beef burger, so I was blown away. I met the nicest young Man named Diego, who was Super Friendly and Helpful, its a very nice restaurant, clean and The Fish was actually better than most High End Expensive restaurants. I will definitely be coming back. While the TIP trend, (for some Fast Food Locations), seems to be growing in the Food Service Industry, it’s almost downright threatening to me as a consumer to have the “option” to leave a tip! If for nothing else, the cashier was a sweet young person that tried his best to make my experience better. Thank you for that, my young friend!At any rate, my $20 meal of 3 pcs of fried Pacific Cod left little to be desired when I saw the “Cook”, cradling his cellphone carrying on a conversation WHILE he was cooking my order! He didn’t wash his hands but, did put on a pair of new gloves!My stomach turned when I saw that he grabbed his phone with his gloved hand to adjust it back under his neck and then proceeded to grab my food and package it to go.We all know the cell phone is not the cleanest device, and it shouldn’t be used anywhere near food!Cross contamination can be deadly!That being said, I couldn’t in all honesty eat that food! The cashier was more than understanding and was willing to redo my order, but the cook argued with me that my food was never handled by him!I used to love to eat here!I called the location to speak with the General Manager, but the phones were unattended. I really tried before making this review.I’ll not be eating here until who knows when, and I’ll use every media to leave a TIP for this cook, like “Leave your phone in your locker!”A Tip is: to give a small present of money for some service.“To Insure Prompt Service”

Exceptional service and food! We didn’t realize the store closed at 8 and came in 20 minutes until closing. The staff were amazing! The food was perfect! I had salmon sliders and my boyfriend had fish and chips. The owners brother in law was working very hard cleaning the place and taking care of all the guests! He came and cleaned a high chair for us. We came here on a whim but will most definitely be back! Thank you so much!Kid-friendliness: Offered high chairs and child options. Staff was very friendly with my baby
