I eat lunch there and I sit in the bar area. Ariana, Breanna, Noel, Grisle, Jennifer, are all awesome servers, friendly, polite, always on top of there service.
Horrible service, from the beginning the visit was bad. The hosts at the front are rude and incapable of checking people in and leading them to tables efficiently. Made me wait 15 minutes for no reason because the host didn't check me in when I told her I was already on the waitlist. The host led us to a table with 2 chairs when we were a party of 3, she had to go get another chair. Saw it happen to other parties. Seems like they are not familiar at all with the tables. Then, we waited for the server to come take our order who never showed up, we had to ask a different table's server to take our order. Also, the front hosts' fault. Later the manager came out and apologized and blamed it on the hosts and server being new. Offered us a free appetizer or dessert as a way to compensate our experience. Later, we had ordered a drink from the bar and it never came out until we were almost done eating. They also got my order wrong and took it back to the kitchen to be remade. As an avid Olive Garden goer, this was by far the most unpleasant experience. I will be going to the one in Huntington Beach on Beach Blvd from now on.

I remembered why I stopped going here. Fewer menu items, higher prices, poor service. Not sure how they will keep operating like this. Sign of the times. Better off going to family owned Italian fare...Dominic's. Bon Gusto, Finnbars, and Francos are worth the money. OG good for kids and bland diets.
It was disappointing and disgusting, they cooked my food with a insects, I just explained everything to the manager and left, They have to be more careful ? wth.

service kind of sucked. We were sitting not at the bar but near the bar in a booth, we had the Hispanic man that works in the bar area and he was lazy!! He was checking his phone the whole time and no personality at all. It was like we were bothering him. Everyone there just seemed liked they hated their job.As for the food, probably the worst olive garden I've had. Everything tasted like frozen food warmed up.
