MOLDY water glasses, stained silverware!!FDA needs to be notified and New management is needed. The owner is aware, only cares about the money not the guests.

I order Cajun wings. It was a super mistake. The wings were black and nasty I couldn’t eat them. I have never seen wings that black. But then again this is a seafood place. I shouldn’t have ordered the wings. Unflavored overcooked

We have gone to pretty much all Crab Shack locations in the local area, my daughter wanted crab shack and we stoped by since we were closest to this location. I have to say the food here was delicious!! We ordered a special they have 2 pounds of shrimp and 1 pound of muscles, mild crab shack style. The shrimp were cooked perfectly they were plump not over cooked and were easy to peel. The Waitress we had when we ordered was ok she took our order but whenever we needed anything she was no where to be found. It's not like it was busy there was only one other table occupied. Mid way through our meal she either went home or went on break cause we never saw her again which was fine cause the second waitress was readily available and checked on us a few times. The only thing about this place that we didn't like is the booths they're super uncomfortable, the cushion on them was very thin and you could feel the wood planks underneath. They also weren't bolted down so they were moving a bit, oh and the table height to the booth seats was alittle awkward too. Maybe next time we will sit at a table with chairs

LOVE this place! I've passed The Crab Shack a ton of times as my kids attend school near by. We finally tried it and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the friendly staff immediately upon entering the restaurant. It was nearly 9pm so the dinner rush had passed and there were plenty of clean open tables. I observed the staff clean the tables promptly after guests left. Our server kindly asked if we'd visited before and took the time to explain the menu. Finally, the food was delicious !!! We got the smallest bucket meal with mussels and shrimp for my family of 4 and added crab shack fries and garlic bread. Everything was very flavorful and well cooked. I will certainly be back and recommend.

We have been to a couple different locations and the thing I love best is their consistency. The flavor, quality & service are great and equally 4 stars at each location. I also like that they don't try to rip you off on the market price. Also their combos are reasonable. For $55 you can get 3lbs of seafood with about 5 different options plus it comes with corn, potatoes and sausage. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Been looking for a seafood location with great boil ever since we've moved out here from the east coast. And I got to say sauce wise, flavor wise, and the amount your given was well worth the amount I paid for it.

FIVE STARS! I don't know why I had never discovered this The Crab Shack in Cypress until TODAY ... For YEARS I've always waited in long lines just to go to Boiling Crab (average an hour wait to get a table at BC) when all this time THE CRAB SHACK in CYPRESS has much more space, more parking, cleaner, sucha cool atmosphere and best of all NO WAIT (well at least for my first time here)! We showed up right when they opened since I've been so trained from past BC experience to get there early or else wait an hour or so - but was SO HAPPY & RELIEVED to find out The Crab Shack had more than enough room to seat us RIGHT AWAY! At first I thought the Seafood at TCS wouldn't be as good as BC, but OMG it's JUST AS GOOD if not EVEN BETTER. I just think this Cypress Crab Shack is at a location that most people don't even know about, so it's truly a HIDDEN GEM! The server we had, Justin, was amazing and totally on-the-ball helping us with any questions about the menu and was so awesome in checking up on our table regularly throughout! We ordered King Crab Legs, Mussels, Shrimps, Clams, Sausage and White Rice. We ordered them in separate bags of seasoning: 1 Garlic Butter Seasoning (for us Non-Spicy folk) and the 2nd bag Spicy-Medium so that everyone is satisfied. We also ordered Cajun Garlic French Fries. For drinks, we especially loved their freshly brewed FRUITY BOOTY (Green tea with Mango Strawberry & Peach). I realize that "Market Price" labeled on the menu for the premium seafood specialties can be pricey (which fluctuates depending on when you come) but it's WORTH IT for all the freshness and flavor you get - especially if you're in the mood for GOOD SEAFOOD (so if you can't afford it, you shouldn't be 'eating-out' in the first place). I love the music they played overhead which made eating an even more fun experience! DEFINITELY bringing my entire family back here again!

Haven't been to crab shack in a while and that was a mistake! The Cypress location is large and clean with plenty of parking. They have a bar and tvs and fun music to keep you entertained. Their seating is booth seating which bodes well for food sharing and having a good time with friends and family! The service was impeccable starting with the greeting and ending with the check. We were always greeted with a smile and checked on several times during our visit. They made sure we had our bibs and any tools we needed for our meal. They came by to check on drinks and how we were doing several times. The food came out quickly and hot!! We felt pampered! The food was a-mazing! This food is right up my alley and I was loving it all! We started with the yummy and crunchy garlic fries. Next we had the rich delicious gumbo and the flavorful garlic noodles. They add their sausage into the noodles to give it an extra flavor you can't find elsewhere. We finished with our boil. We opted for a pound of crawfish and a pound of shrimp, crab shack style, medium. It was perfect for us. Hot enough for a kick yet not too hot to enjoy. We also, of course, added potatoes and corn, because you just HAVE to! Right?! All in all we were left with bellies full and a smile on our face! We will be back!
