This place is just so-so. My brother and I wanted someplace to go late at night and this was one of the only places open past ten in the area. The interior was spacious and the service was very friendly! The cashier was helpful with menu suggestions as it was our first time there. My brother chose the gochujang baby back ribs and I chose the filet mignon plate. They were both very greasy and the meats were overcooked and tough. The food had the quality of cheap Chinese take-out, which works in a pinch if you're just hungry and wanting somewhere to go late at night, but it's definitely not as cheap as Chinese take-out (each dish was almost $20 with an add-on or two). There's plenty of room in the restaurant to sit and there are always other places in the area to go to for dessert and drinks after.

Food is good. Gochujung ribs, pho, pad Thai. All very good flavors. And I really enjoy the taste of the food. I will eat here again. But... There is always a but. The portions I feel a little small. For what you pay, it doesn't feel like you get a good value for what you get. That is my honest feelings about this place. Very good food, but the portions leave me wanting more. I don't think you need to increase portions a lot, just a little. Looking forward to tasting more from this place

I really like the pho soup, they make it very tasty and all the meat, veggies feel fresh i will bring my family here for the pho soup.

I love the pork rolls that they have, i think it's the best one i've ever try. I will comeback to try the shrimp next time.

I haven't had Urban Cup in awhile and it used to be quite good, but it's definitely gone downhill since. Every dish we got was subpar: -pho: broth was flat and lacked flavor -curry: flavor was not great; very underwhelming -cauliflower: it used to have a delicious sauce but this tasted air fried with NO flavor -wings: garlic butter was decent in flavor, but the wings were small and didn't have much meat. And it was all a bit hard too. SERVICE: HORRIFIC The girl who took our order messed up (honest mistake), but had no idea how to troubleshoot it. I gave her the correct order and I even asked if it was being made (because I wasn't sure if she missed it entirely or it was included but she added a wrong item) and she said yes it was, but it wasn't. I had to REORDER the item, which was the bbq rib plate and when she brought it out, she was extremely rude and forgot the rice and salad. The annoying part is her being upset at her own mistake. Perhaps she was inexperienced, but it was annoying to deal with nonetheless. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Good food, but music is always too loud and can barely hear if you have a conversation. Stay away if your adhd.

4.5 stars for this place. The food was great, and flavorful. The plates offered big portion sizes. When we arrived, only 1 family was seated inside and was already eating. After ordering, it took about 15 min for the food to be ready. But I will gladly wait for fresh, hot food. I would eat here again.

I went during the holidays and the restaurant was decorated so cozy. I especially love the warm lighting and it's just an overall great restaurant to hang out with friends. The food does take a while to be prepared, but everyone is so kind that it really doesn't put a damper on my day. I know to just order ahead of time, if I'm more in a pinch. The food itself is decent. My absolute favorite thing to order is the garlic noodles with filet mignon!!!! Out of all the things I've tried here, it reins top tier and is one of the best food combos I've ever tried. I've tried the pad thai and popcorn chicken, but I've definitely have better elsewhere. I'll 100% keep coming back for my staple order though.

We dined here with my in-laws since it’s one of their favorite restaurants (we’re from San Diego). It was an Asian-style fusion sit-down casual restaurant. You order at the counter then they bring your order to your table. They have a variety of appetizers available, plus Pho Vietnamese noodle soup, and build your own plates (you choose the side, the protein, and any extras you want). We did the build your own plate and opted for their crispy garlic rice, filet mignon, and spring salad. We added a fried egg to the order. We were blown away by the taste (freshness, temperature, and taste). The filet mignon was so tender and tasty. I wanted to try their Rotisserie Chicken for my protein but the cashier serving us said the filet mignon is their most popular ordered protein, so I’ll have to try the rotisserie chicken the next time we visit Cypress. The dining area was clean and tidy, as was their restrooms. They have plenty of parking, and the dining room wasn’t super crowded on a Saturday night (we had 8 in our party) and had no trouble getting a table to accommodate us. We wish we had a similar restaurant to this in our area.

This is a pretty simple place with a clear and easy to understand menu. We really like the fact that they have a lot of different sauces, and how it's easy to separate proteins, from veggies, from carbs. It clearly caters to a slightly higher college crowd, but also I can see this being a place with affordable eats for a college student. It's an easy order at the counter place with a slightly better than fast casual vibe. You can get simple belly stuffers or full entrées with truly quality proteins. Good for a variety of eaters and if you're going with a party of mixed diners at multiple differentincome levels. Their flavors are varied and the quality is good.

Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Food 3/5 The cashier was honest. I asked about the veg curry and she said it's may be spicy depending on my spice level. I said I can handle mild she said maybe not this plate then. That was really nice because I would not be able to enjoy the food if it was spicy I got the veg pad Thai to go & it was a lot sweeter than I expected. I was really hungry and would normally eat everything but the taste wasnt as satisfying for me to finish it all. I think it was too sweet for me. It was good for the first few bites but couldn't handle the rest after. I out the peanuts and ate my friends onions to help w the flavor but it still was okay to me.
