I had the Baconator and used a coupon, buy one get one for a $1. They gave me a little child burger instead of the regular size for the second burger. What a cheap trick. I guess they do this with everyone hoping no one will notice.

I stayed in a near by hotel , I googled Wendy’s , it was 300 meters away, so I decided to walk, it is only a one block away. When I reached Wendy’s it was serving only drive through , I stand on the drive through window , and I said « May I order » .. guess what , the worker refused to serve , saying « you have to have a car » . I did not believe that she did not want to take the order. I do not see an issue to order without a car , it is food , the worker ignored me totally saying you need a car to order . ZERO sense of customer service . I returned to the hotel and I decided to drive to another store which I far from the hotel.

I hate to complain, but the rudeness was unnecessary. Customer service does not exist. Saying you're welcome is not enough. Some menu items were not listed on the drive thru. When I asked about them, the person on the speaker proceeds to tell me they are there, but they weren't. I also let them know the items that were listed were hard to read because of a glare. They respond, " They are there." rudely. The items I was looking for were not there. Then, when I get to the window, my drink order was wrong and the employee proceeds to argue with me while their coworker ( I assume the person who took my order) agues that I made the mistake not her. I was slightly irritated with the customer service, thinking to myself maybe they are having a bad day or they don't like their jobs but you chose to be in customer service. As i was leaving, i realized I didn't have a receipt, so I called the store and asked for the store location number (restaurant number) the person who answered says, "You have the number you just called it." Just unnecessary rudeness.

Thought I would try this place again because my wife wanted to try their pumpkin spice frosty. They got the order wrong again and the frosty didn't taste like it should. I ordered a bacon ader and got a double cheese. I told the girl that took my order right after she gave me the receipt that it was wrong. She told me that's how we order it. Never go there again.

i dont understand all the bad reviews on this wendys the staff is very kind this is my favorite wendys in all of oc its very clean and the drive thru is so amazing hot fresh food everything you can tell that they work very hard +yummmmmm :))) please stay this was this wendys keep it up u never miss here if something is wrong u fix it immediately and rarely mess up :)

I am THOROUGHLY disappointed. There was one staff member in particular that I had trouble with in the drive Thru, A shorter Gothic Funeral dweller girl with heavy makeup and a terrible attitude. She was snappy and seemed like she didn't Want to be There at all, And it felt as though she was going to physically assault me through the window!!!! My daves double ruled, however. That girl left a bad taste in my mouth! Also the lemonade was really good my husband is addicted to it now .!!
