I've passed this place a few times and finally tried it. The ambiance is inviting and definitely a spot where you can chill out catch up with friends. You can even take a picture in front with the bunny.I had the matcha soft serve taiyaki. The cone was chewy and delicious. Not fresh made like other places but it was delicious and went well with the soft serve matcha. I also had the iced matcha latte the worker recommended. It was a rich, creamy, and earthy flavor. I highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.
Icy soft serve. Guy at counter was on phone and didnt look up for an awkward amt of time. Gave me the wrong order. Wouldn't offer a correction so I just ordered a second item for my kid.Wouldn't recommend

Happened to be at the mall and wanted a drink. I love matcha so I decided to check it out. Ordered Matcha Milk Float Uji Matcha Latte - I asked for soy milk. I honestly not sure if I got that. I am lactose intolerant and this upset my stomach. I was very disappointed. I also wanted to get the spongy cake for my husband and there were out at NOON on a Tuesday.

What a cute place! And love the decor! The matcha ice cream is good, but nothing too spectacular for the price. There was nobody there on a warm Saturday afternoon, so I guess this place is not too popular. Since nobody's around, I got my order right away. We also had the whole place to ourself.
Cute place to satisfy a matcha craving. The guy was pretty helpful when it came to choosing which one to get. I had a bunch of questions and he answered everything. I got the matcha with milk and a peach drink. The place had this cute bunny statue that I really liked with a cherry blossom tree next to it. Loved the decor. I want to try other items the next time I'm in town.

A cute spot and addition to the Serramonte Centre serving matcha delights. The decor is darling as is the service. It is a little on the pricier side, hence, the bill can add up for larger families/groups.Arigato!

Expensive desserts. Service here is pretty quick and efficient. Their soft serves and cake slices are the best items on the menu but then again... expensive. Their drinks are terrible imo. Any drinks that is tea flavored are usually very powdery and watered down. Other drinks that are fruit flavored are extremely sweet and syrupy.Cute shop though. It has several tables with cute props.

The staff is unhelpful, disrespectful and dishonest. I went there one hour before they close. When I was about to sit, he shouted at me and told me that the dine-in is closed. After the dessert was made, I found that the matcha strawberry was missing. It was only after I kept asking did he confess that they are out of strawberries, otherwise he would just cheat you out of it. It was absolutely my worst dessert experience ever.
