They close early. It says closing at 9 but I wouldn’t come here after 6. The pretzels won’t be fresh after 6 as it seems they stop cooking any after that time and you’ll be lucky if they’re even still open after 8. I’ve come multiple times around 8 after shopping at the target next door and they’re already closing up.

There are two Auntie Anne's located at the Serramonte Center. I am reviewing the Auntie Anne's located in the Target wing, the one with Cinnabon. I normally purchase my pretzel nuggets at the Auntie Anne's located in the Dick's wing; however, since I was by Target, I thought, hey, why not. A plus was, no one was in line. I was so disappointed. Some of my pretzel nuggets were little slivers (see picture). It was like scrapings from the pan, leftovers. So, where is the quality assurance? The line setup is a little confusing too. As I was leaving, someone came in the same direction. I do have to admit that service was good. It was quick and efficient. In the future, I will continue to go to the Auntie Anne's at the Dick's wing.

really bad customer service I ordered a drink and it tasted disgusting and when I asked to swap it she just kept saying that's what I ordered fyi I didn't order a drink that was disgusting I ordered something I can enjoy I advis not going there she has pore cus service and a attitude

Took forever to take my order, then when she did she asked me to move to a different register for no reason. The fellow customers were offended because she didn't tell them why I "cut" them because that's what appeared like to them and they refused to move.When I finally got my order it was incorrect, bland, flavorless and hard.

I've normally had fond memories of Auntie Anne's but today they really disappointed me. I got an order of cinnamon bites and a small lemonade. At first, everything was fine. As I was snacking on the bites and driving home, I noticed how bland each bite was. When I looked down at the container, I realized that after the first few bites, there was hardly an cinnamon left on the rest of the bites! Truly a disaster and really ruined my evening
