Staff was very attentive and kind, and it's most definitely the best fried chicken I've had before. The chili flavor isn't very spicy, but super delicious. Honey and cheese is also yummy. The pictures are from 2 separate visits. I did wish for a few more little condiments, but overall was a nice experience.

Appears closed now. Used to go there with my coworkers years ago and now it will become a Korean restaurant.

I'm pretty sure that I was just served frozen food that had been poorly prepared. I would rather walk over to Trader Joes and eat any of their premade food before ever eating here again.

Not sure if the asian man who takes the order in the front is the owner but if he is, he needs to have an attitude check. Customer service sucks. It feels as if you are not welcome. Doesn't know how to greet customers nor say you're welcome when you say thank you after ordering or receiving your order. If he has one thing good at is to potentially lose customers. If he is not the owner, then the owner needs to find a replacement if he doesn't want to lose more customers as he just lost a customer and definitely will tell my family and friends not to go there.

Broaster chicken is the best fried chicken around. Was happy to find one near SF!

Literally the worst ever to order Ramen from. I ordered Ramen from here, almost everyday and today asked for my Ramen and broth to be separate(I don’t like my noodles too soft). The owner decided he doesn’t want to give me the ramen and broth separate. I had no understanding why, literally makes no sense. Owner has completely lost a customer and will ensure all my family members don’t attend as well.

I only tried the ramen and it was INSTANT ramen (the noodles were still clumped together), with bits of chicken, one dumpling, some soggy onions, and an egg that was mixed in so it was just egg bits. They charged $15 for this!!! Pretty steep price for top ramen with leftovers thrown on top. Save your money. You're better off heading over towards the Home Depot and there's a strip of better food places: Nick the Greek, Blue Line Pizza, Spiral Japanese, Sheng Kee Bakery... even Panda Express would have been way tastier and better priced.

Ive been coming here for years like the late 1990's. Never have been disappointed until today! Ordered to go and my side salad literally had about two spoonfuls. Wow! Were you out if lettuce? Come on!

Can't never go wrong with the fried chicken but they also have a lot of different choices from korean,Japanese and Ramen soups.

The worst! Paid over 30 dollars for 3 pieces of fish and chips and 11 tiny pieces of calamari. Took over 30 minutes to get order, watched as other people came in and ordered after me and left with food before I got my order. Over priced and way under on the portion size that should be received for that.

I used to go here years ago before the current owner took over and it was great. It has a new look with more menu choices. I ordered the Teriyaki beef plate. The price was listed on the overhead menu board as $12. I added a Coke and the price was $18. When I asked why, I was told that the price went up, and that she wasn't able to change the menu board yet. I told her that this is false advertising, and she just stayed silent, no apology, nothing. The menu board indicated that the plate came with macaroni salad. When she brought out the food, there was no macaroni salad. Instead, there was some bright green weird looking stuff. I asked where the macaroni salad was, and I was told that they ran out of it. At this point I was really irritated. I asked them why they didn't tell me that before I paid. At this point, one of them apologized, but he would not answer my question about why he didn't tell me before I paid. I told him I would never go back there. The portion of food looked like a ration. One small scoop of rice. The meat was like rubber. This place should be closed down.

Needs lots and lots of patience to get your food here. 10 minutes wait to order and 35mins wait after ordering the food. One man show. Never come back here again. Food is mediocre at best.

Ive passed by this place many times and finally decided to grab a bite to go. I noticed on the menu posted outside that the teriyaki dinner was $11.00. which I thought was a good deal. It was also listed at that price on the overhead menu board above the register. I ordered it and the price was rung up at $15.00 - so I'm confused. I said "but it says $11.00 posted outside and also there above you". Her reply was "oh, we raised our prices". I wanted to cancel the order but she had already charged my card. The food was very basic and certainly not worth the price.

Everything was expensive and unappetizing. The lady that took our order did not know the ingredients of the food we were ordering and a lot were missing. My wife and I both ordered a meat bowl which clearly said on the menu that it comes with egg and crab but the workers were confused when I brought it up to them that ingredients were missing from our food. I had to show them their own menu. Their sushi also seems like they just bought from 7-eleven and reheated in the microwaved then put a $10 price tag on it. They also do not have communication with the cook as it seems like everyone that works there are just guessing. Worst Japanese restaurant I've ever eaten at, and it's expensive too.

Love fried chicken and I think this site is the best of bay. Just like my mom would cook it, lightly batter and seasoned well. Must try!
