They continue to cut back on staff and have an AI order taker now. The food has gotten worse the last year. The drive thru hasn't taken less than 20 minutes since the change. If it wasn't the only 24 hour option within a few miles of work I would never go again. Plus carls as a whole has tripled prices in last few years.

I go almost every morning to this particular location and always am met with awesome service by staff. Majority of the time it’s one lady Yadira I think is her name, and she’s the face of this location in the morning time! 5stars all across the board never miss unless she isn’t there. Every those times still great service and the grub is always on point!

Asked for a meal, specified I wanted the Tenders, was unsure if it was under a number or not at the drive thru so I said a number 11, then even said I wanted 6 piece of the hand rbeard tenders, combo. Got my meal and out the drive thru and I was given a sandwich.I go inside to explain and was pretty much immediately given attitude and told sorry you ordered what you ordered. Except I said three times I wanted something else, I get the confusion but the lack of customer service is appalling.Last time I ever bring my money to this dump.
