My usual place to order pizza, quick yet sometimes the pizza could be undercook. And one time I ordered the chocolate lava cake and they gave me cookies instead, I called to ask about the wrong item they said they knew it and sorry that they don’t have lava cakes at the moment, so they basically changed my order without asking , I said the cookies were cheaper than the lava cakes from the app, I need the difference back, the staff said NO it’s the same price at their store ! I contacted customer service , no one seems to care. If you run out of an item, either refund or ask if the customer wants other alternative item. Bad customer service!

Automated phone service is tough to reach person to get answer. Communication after reaching person was tough to the least. Less than 2.5 miles away and no delivery.
Unprofessionalism and rude service. Ricky, the manager, is rude. How do you hang up on a customer because you didn’t deliver my food with the 2-mins timeframe.Don’t do car side pickup because you’ll be waiting for 5-7 mins and they’ll stop the timer before the 2-mins Domino’s guarantee your food to be handed to you. This location is constantly going down and down.Domino’s needs to do something about their management and hiring process

This place is a joke. Placed order @ 9pm, 9:04 rcvd call saying no driver for another 1.5 hrs., I said ok, but at 9:09 quality check is being done. At 9:26pm I called store and was told driver will be here in 10 minutes, at 9:45pm still no pizza. Called back at 10 & was told driver on his way. I asked where is my pizza and dont give me a pizza that has been sitting at your store for almost 1 hr. Long story short, he still had no driver, probably still doesnt. And one more thing they need to hire people that can speak ENGLISH and are able to be understood.

The pizza is just like their service, shitty af lol I'm surprised this location is still in business. I wouldn't recommend any one to order from this garbage place. The owner most likely knows his location is s*** and isn't doing anything about it

Bad service. I ordered in the app and definitely put in my address, but it seems somewhere along the process it defaulted to an address near me but not mine. On the tracker I could see the pizza came out of the oven at 5 but didn't leave the store for delivery until 5:30. Needless to say, between this and getting them to the correct address, my food was lukewarm. Also gave me sugary icing instead of garlic sauce??
