Damn El Charrito, you got me craving those flavors. After doing some grocery shopping in Colma, we decided to try a new (to us) taco truck which is located near the Wendy's in Colma/Day City border area. We were surprised to see so many 5 star reviews, but now I know why. We decided to get a couple burritos, my BF wanted a Carne Asada and I wanted the Birria. Both were huge and had half for lunch and the rest for dinner. What I really loved was the salsas! They gave us free chips with three types of salsa; a roasted pepper tomato that was spicy, a habanero that was also spicy but so tasty I couldn't stop eating it and the last was a green salsa that was less spicy but very flavorful.

Delicioso! I had the carne asada super quesadilla and an horchata. Both were amazing. I'm a SoCal native so I know good Mexican food! I have been searching for a Mexican restaurant for months and I'm so glad I finally found this place! Tip: the salsa they put in the burrito is very spicy so if you don't like spicy, order without salsa!

We ordered six different items and all the to go food was packaged nicely. No spills. The quesabirrias were so meaty and flavorful. Carne Asada tacos were tasty. They give you tons of bagged tortilla chips and salsa. Chips were a tad salty but good. Carne Asada plate had generous portion. Nice customer service. Will definitely go back. Food truck is located in the parking lot of Royal Donuts in Colma.
Best head tacos I'm town, I had to pick the head tacos but all the food has very good flavor, no fat in the meat, if you're looking for good streettaco truck this is the place to go, as a tip, you can ask the cook for a more custom way to make your order and he'll do it for you
