Having worked in the service industry for 3 decades, 2 of them in fine dining and many of those 20 years as a bartender, i try to be patient with service industry folks, especially in basic, entry level roles. But this last experience prompts me to waste an additional 10 minutes assembling some feedback and perhaps shed some light on why i am doing so. My wife likes this empty-calorie-waste-of-money boba tea so i acquiesce to her demand for one on occasion. This new location adds 10 minutes to my round trip but hey, it's my wife. Nobody there upon entry and both associates were absorbed by smartphones. I was served promptly and politely upon arrival at the register and clearly ordered a slightly sweet (holding pinched fingers up in gesticulation to emphasize slightly) black milk tea with boba only and spring rolls as requested by the boss. Waited 10 minutes (rolls, ok), no worries, even tipped 15%. Whatever. Wife tastes it upon sitting down to do our taxes and discovers it very sweet or 100%, not slightly or 25% sweet, some places even offer 10% sweet but this is something, the only thing, I usually order although I did order a slushy for myself this time. Her tea was undrinkable. I had to drive back down and, now that it was punctured, spilled it in the car (about 20% of a 32 ounces). I'm disappointed that two employees could manage to not make two drinks correctly, managing only one. They promised free drinks next time and apologized (I think?) but being that I will need more than one $7 drink as compensation for my inconvenience, I hope the owners will contact me and offer some sort of assurance I will receive additional compensation for this. It's ridiculous that I was the only customer, the only order. I mean, come on! I even tipped on a non-sit down to-go order, 15%. It's just disrespectful and insulting. Not spending another dime of my hard-earned money until ownership contacts and properly compensates me for my time, energy and Saturday afternoon.

Took a long time to open this place. Am so disappointed. Looked like they were set up to sell a lot of things that have gone by the wayside. I see an appliance for Possible sandwiches. Used to have pastries Maybe no marketing. Felt sorry for the neighborhood place so I stopped in. Employee told me the dessert was cheesecake. Got home and discovered it was a 2 layer white cake with grated cheese on the top. Well technically a "cheese cake".

- Only tried one of the drinks, but FrosTea has other dessert items available. - Drink came out quick. Ordered a medium and surprised to see it's a wide bowl size. Flavor was okay, but some of the boba tasted old/hard. - There are no seating areas at the moment.

Very yummy shaved snow, have been craving for it. Got mango flavored with popping boba and jelly, and condensed milk drizzle, big serving shared by two.

Their boba is sooooo good. They used to be in daly city right around the corner from my house and when they moved I was sad. But one mile down the road isnt so bad! Same great service same great drinks. The Mozzarella sticks are TOO good it's dangerous. My girlfriend and I come here atleast once a week

Passed by this place for over a month and decided to give them my business. I ordered a coconut green tea boba. It was disgusting. They used syrup for flavoring and tea was not freshly brewed. The drink wasn't even cold. They charged extra for toppings and flavors. So, the drink was $6.

Going to miss this place. Been going here for 7 years since they opened... my friends used to work here. Moved down to SoCal for school and came back for break to find that they had closed down :( though the sign is gone, my memories won't be forgotten. Used to study here after school waiting for the bus or to get picked up, walked here during COVID after playing basketball. Always fast, consistent... End of an era.

FrosTea is on a busy street in this area. Parking is street parking, which can be hit or miss. It was not that busy when I went, so our drinks came out in a timely manner. The exterior of the shop pops out with the color scheme and signage, and the interior of the shop is a bit dark and mismatched.I really wanted to like this place because they offer more than just the typical boba drinks and snacks, they also have desserts, such as macaron cookies, macaron ice cream, and shaved snow. My bf and I opted for their green milk tea, mango slushy, and macaron ice cream (green tea and mango flavored). The milk tea was horrible, it tasted bitter and watered down. The mango slushy was decent, it was refreshing and sweet, but slightly tart. The macaron ice cream was eh, it was a bit icy and did not taste as fresh like it has been in the freezer case for a long time.

Amazing place if you are looking for a quick treat at an affordable price. Service was quick and efficient. If you are looking for a casual place to get bingsu, boba, or even savory snacks, this is the place to be.

I hate giving low reviews to small businesses, but the boba here was just not good :( The black milk tea was super watery. I asked for a lychee slushie (no milk) with boba, and they added milk and lychee jelly for some reason? They rung it up on the register correctly, and we were the only ones there, so I'm not sure why they did that. The boba itself was mushy. Great size for the price, but we didn't even finish our drinks.

Black milk tea - red guava syrup - 50% sweetness = red guava syrup too sweet for my boyfriend. He said it tasted a bit like medicine to him. To me, perhaps less syrup might have made the taste between black tea and red guava more balanced and complementary. Black milk tea - hazelnut syrup - 100% sweetness = pretty good. Points knocked off for: 1. ice request - Requested half/less ice but there was more ice than we expected 2. Boba cup is short and wide instead of tall and slim. Would prefer regular boba cups (ones that can fit in car cup holder)

Love this boba spot when I'm in Daly City. They employees are nice great boba selection and you have the option to create your own drink too based on the different options. The prices are reasonable since the drink are reasonable sizes. My favorite drink is hazel nut Thai tea with boba.
