Prices are insane. No kids menu... smoothies start at 9.99 lol I paid $15 for a small smoothie for my 3 year old and a pretzel twist.

Service sucks!! High school kids working there laced any and all basic customer service skills. Doesn't hurt to smile or be polite. We placed our order before five or six customers, and we received ours LAST. Insult to injury, our cups had much smaller portions than everyone else. SAVE your MONEY and spend it elsewhere.

Great service and great drinks. I enjoy this spot as a quick hit for myself. I ordered the pink star which was really good. Also got me a waffle on the side which went great together. They offer seating inside and also outside as well.

My drinks came out so fast. White gummy is my go to but I went with the watermelon breeze this time. It was pretty good.Give these a try if you don't know what to order

Snotty cashier kept rolling his eyes at me and being rude and dismissive. He was wearing a girls headband too.

I honestly never write reviews unless something is REALLY good or REALLLYYY bad. Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to be a Karen for this review. Not sure if the cashier was new or something but he gave me a blank stare and looked as if I was speaking a different language when I was ordering lol. I def got a "can't be bothered" type of vibe but whatevs, he still seemed to get my order right. I ordered 2 of the same drinks with a modification to one of them, and when I asked the lady which one was which, she did not even look at me and rudely gestured with her hand to one of the drinks. Gee, thanks girl the place was not busy at all so I'm not sure what their problem was. I didn't even end up finishing my drink bc it had zero taste and giant chunks of banana in it lol. Such a waste.
Their smoothie was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely go here again and have another one. Thank you. You're bad we don't live closer

I've been going to this Jamba Juice since college and almost religiously everyday in 2012 (during my pregnancy). Anyway, to be honest - there's not much in here to rave about, nothings changed for years, no upgrades nada but the menu. Very just order, wait, and take your drink to-go. Bathroom is located on the side, tables and chairs put aside but there is counter space with no chairs to lean on. Reason for my desire to review this place after years is because I was surprised at the customer service yesterday. Went in with my son, third in line and only 1 girl working the register. I was amazed at how patient and though I'd be overwhelmed being by myself, she handled every customer patiently and diligently - she was probably the assistant manager, didn't see a name tag. But she handled everything at ease. After 3 minutes of waiting, all of us got our orders handed and served by her. I thought I was going to sign 10 minutes or so but it was quick-- and my drink was to my liking and she executed my request about splitting the medium cup. Maybe even gave extra as moth our cups were filled. After passing it out, I guess 2 servers came out and she was even coaching them about something ~ this review is for homegirl who takes ownership and leadership with ease, kindness, and patience. Way to lead by example. My drink was also really made to perfection when I was hesitant, I'm assuming others as well since everyone quickly left the store. Maybe it was a good day, maybe the girl can do the damn thing. I'll def. Be back for my pb love!

This Jamba Juice is located at Serramonte Mall. There's plenty of parking. I ordered the mango a go go and razzmatazz. Both of the smoothies were very refreshing. However, the price for each smoothie is almost $10. I think it's kind of steep for a smoothie. I liked Jamba Juice, but not the price. If the price is cheaper, I will definitely patronize them more often.
